[redacted] and [redacted] just installed a Rheem Hot Water Heater for me. I called in the morning and had it installed by 1pm on the same day. The customer service was great. I had checked other avenues and kept running into dead ends. But Affordable was so competent and efficient I will not use anyone else. I am happy with the product and happy with the service.

Affordable saved me from a major disappointment this Thanksgiving. Our kitchen sink stopped draining while we were preparing our holiday meal. My panicked call was handled very well by the receptionist who fielded my call. After a brief hold, she had technician Frankie scheduled for a noon service call. He arrived 45 minutes ahead of schedule, quickly explained the scope of the job and cost, covered the carpet with drop cloths Job completed as explained. Very professional from start to finish. Thank you so much!

We recently had a high efficiency furnace as well as a water heater installed. We still had a working furnace. We called on a Monday and both were installed Friday of that same week. Kyle and Brandon came and explained the work to be done. They did it exactly like they said and cleaned up the work area. After they were done they explained how to use the thermostat that operated they new furnace. Its been a week and we are toasty warm and we recommend that if you need heating, ac or any plumbing needs call them first.

I've used Affordable Plumbing and Heat a number of times in the past and have always been satisfied with the quality, completeness and cost of their. I jut called them again to see if they worked on solar water heating systems as I believed mine needed the glycol changed - fortunately they do. An appointment was made for yesterday and I received an email confirming the time which also included the plumber's name (Michael [redacted]) and photo. Very nice to know who to expect and when. Michael notified me when he was close to my home and quickly confirmed the need to replace the glycol. He completed draining and refilling the glycol rapidly and cleaned up the area where some glycol had escaped. He then took the time to go over what he had done and which resulted in improved system pressure. He then provided some more good news - the trip fee was cancelled since the proposed repair was approved and completed. Another very positive experience with Affordable Plumbing and Heat.

I called Affordable Plumbing & Heat, Inc on Monday evening and they were at my door next morning as promised between 10 am-12 noon. [redacted] did a good, quick job removing a leaking ManaBloc (hot water side) and replacing it with a new unit.

A new unit (Viega 36303 PureFlow Zero Lead Manabloc) costs $274 online with free shipping. Affordable P & H charged me $620 for time (less than 2 hours) and material. Additional charges were Trip fee of $50 plus Acquisition fee of $45.

I did receive a 5% Senior Discount.

My feeling is that the markup on the Manabloc was excessive OR the labor charge was excessive. Can't really tell from the invoice as the 2 charges were not listed separately. I may get estimates next time I have a similar situation.

Fantastic service! I wanted to replace a generic [redacted] thermostat with [redacted], but it turned out that [redacted] required a common "C" wire to charge its built-in battery. After a few hours of DIY trials and errors and a blown furnace fuse, I called Affordable Plumbing & Heat. Brandon V. arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with wiring, clearly described my options, made suggestions, and re-wired the whole system. Brandon was well-spoken, knowledgeable, courteous and tidy. As an added bonus, Brandon left me with clear instructions on how to replace a blown fuse if I should ever want to play with wires again.

I had a new furnace installed by Kyle and Nate and they were both thoroughly professional and polite, explaining all aspects of their work and new equipment. I would use Affordable Plumbing for any and all HVAC and plumbing needs as they are prompt and immediately receptive and available when you really need them.

Yesterday I had a sewer blockage and hot water tank that kept leaking. All afternoon, Mike [redacted] kept working until both problem areas were working properly. As my home is older, Mike had the knowledge and aptitude to solve my issues without resorting to salesmanship; and got the issues resolved. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a competent plumber.

Due to a lightening strike I had to replace a furnace and some air conditioner parts. [redacted] came out, diagnosed the problem, gave me a written estimate. On the scheduled day, [redacted] called, showed up when he said, installed new unit, figured out air conditioner issues and fixed everything. They both were friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. No surprises or hidden items on the bill at completion. Will use them for all work in the future.

Affordable was quick to get out to our service call. Knew the problem right away! All fixed up and ready for the cold:)

I am very pleased with the quality of work performed with my new bathroom addition. Troy and Alfonso were very professional and very knowledgeable They are detail oriented and took all of my needs into consideration. The job was done in a timely manner and at the agreed upon price. Thanks also to Raymond for coordinating the job.

I had Affordable Plumbing & Heat install a new gas water heater. The installation required a city inspeection. The inspector never came over on the scheduled day. I called Affordable Plumbing & Heat, and found out they never requested an inspection as promised in the price proposal and again by the technician. I explained how I had to take the entire day off since they wouldn't give me an am or pm arrival time for inspection. When I requested to speak to a manager I was put on hold only to get repeated responses from the dispatcher that "a manager will be with me shortly." I was never able to speak to a manager nor did I get resolution for an inspection.

Their work was efficient and reasonably priced, but as this job requires an inspection it cannot be considered complete.

I would caution use of Affordable Pluimbing & Heat if the job requires an inspection.

Chuck was our technician. He was professional, concise and knowledgeable. Every aspect of the repair went well and I was informed and remained informed. The company itself must encourage such an attitude and I am grateful that everything went so well.

We live in a four-unit townhome, and my husband and I are onsite management for our landlord (minor maintenance, lockouts, etc). On Friday, April 15th, we came home to discover that all four units were experiencing overflow issues with their downstairs toilets (and I mean OVERflow!). It was nightmarish!

Our landlord said, "Call Affordable."

Affordable sent out Brandon that evening. He was polite, personable and extremely professional! He worked quickly and efficiently, and couldn't say enough good things about his employer. It was such a great customer service experience that it turned out to be the best crappy evening we've ever had! Would be delighted to use their services again, and will definitely recommend Affordable Plumbing and Heat to anyone!

Affordable Plumbing tried to unclog my kitchen drain and instead pushed a hole through my pipe. I did not discover this for 5 days, resulting in thousands of dollars in damages to not only fix original problem correctly, but to replace walls, ceiling and flooring in my basement. They stated "that is what your homeowners insurance is for". The GM is rude, unhelpful and unwilling to pay for damages and told me he will see me in court.

Went with ths company because was on Best of the Springs and needed a plumber. Well we were quoted a time frame latest being 5:30 and the plumber called and confirmed that he would be at our place by 5:30, well he showed up at 5:50!!! He never talked barely introcduced himself and we had to ask him what was going on. He completed the task but left my bathroom a MESS! I have pictures of it! I had just cleaned my bathroom about 3 days before and when he left, he left his items behind, and had muddy (or at least hoping it was mud!!) footprints and a mess on the walls as well as the potty. he had to cut the potty off and left dust from it and never trightened it down. My bathroom was gross. He then said we have other tasks we should look into. The next day they called about SIX times!! Leaving a voice mail once. I called and said I wanted to talk about the issues I had and also emailed, they have never followed though. In the voicemail did say I would never call them for another service. I think was very unprofessional and uncalled for.

Affordable Plumbing and Heat are an aoutstanding organization. The technician[redacted] was professional, helpful, knowledgable. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their kind of services for sure..Way to go Southern Colorado!!

11/18/2016 - Kyle, Nate and Mike replaced our furnace, and did an outstanding job! They showed interest and concern for our satisfaction in every step of the job. They arrived as scheduled, did the job, cleaned up and made absolutely certain I understood new control equipment, If I had four hands, they would get all four thumbs up! Thanks, guys - well done!

I received excellent service today from Brandon at Affordable Plumbing and Heat. He was very professional and courteous and explained my options and prices thoroughly before starting. I was out of hot water and in need of quick service. He came out the very same day that I called and stayed until the job was completed. Thank you Brandon for a terrific job!
