Chuck was very professional. After the install he removed old furnace and cleaned up any mess. Then he instructed me on all new equipment and parts.

Shawn [redacted] did a great job explaining what the problem was and the steps he was going to take to remedy it.

Affordable Plumbing and Heating were fantastic. I set my appointment with them about a week ahead and had no problem getting the time I needed. [redacted] came out and with great finesse was able to rework the pipes from the new disposal to the existing pipe. He also installed a new faucet and everything is now perfect. Would highly recommend this company

While doing laundry this past Saturday night before Easter my drain started to back up. It had been awhile since I had it snaked, I live in an older home and called Affordable's after hours dispatch to see if they could come out that evening. My call was handled quickly and I was told approximately how long I would have to wait. Even though it was late at night, Brandon came out, quickly got the sewer line snaked and I was up and running in a short time.
I have had Brandon come out before for a normal service call and he is quite the professional, polite and provides really good information for us homeowners. I appreciate the fact that even though it was after midnight he displayed the professionalism I have always received from this company. I have been a customer with this business for years and appreciate all their technicians. Thank you for being a great company.

Firstly they didn't turn up at the appointment time that was made. I had to call to remind them of the appointment.

When they did turn up, the plumber troubleshooted the issue and came to the conclusion that an entire shower replacement was required to fix the problem. This would have cost $500-700 and they would have cut through the wall, so extra to patch up the wall afterwards.

After speaking to a friend about the issue I had, I fixed it simply by replacing the shower head - a cost of $30.

Would not recommend them to anyone.

I am really happy with Affordable. The office personnel that I talked to was reapectful and professional. They were able to get a technician to my house that was on time, prompt, diagnosed the issue I had, was able to do the repair immediately, advised me of some other concerns that he noticed. The technician was verry respectful, clean, knowledgable, and fun to talk to.

Jeff gave very good plumbing service and was knowledgeable and experienced.

On 09/08/2016 Jonas [redacted] came to help fix an outside facet that was leaking extremely bad. Unfortuntly, there is no shut off valve so we were losing a lot of water. When Jonas came he was very upbeat and nice. Jonas explained not only what happened, but what I could do to fix it. He gave me two options and the first one was to "patch" it and the second was to fix the actual problem. So, I had my 2 options and I felt in NO way forced to go the cheap or expensive route. Jonas was able to shut off the water fix the facet and leave a great impression again for my family. We have used Affordable a few times and have been very happy. I feel great with my decisions after the tech leaves. Thank you so much. I do believe that Jonas is an extremely hard worker and should be commended for his work ethics. I had a plugged toilet, i.e., ran very slowly, didn't remove any solids. Called Affordable Plumbing. Technician augured the tolit and it flowed albeit slowly. There fifteen minutes, charged me $100 and left. Next day, discovered toilet again stopped flowing, this time completely. Called Affordable again on a Monday (I was gone over the weekend) only to discover they have only a 24 hour warranty on the work. They'd be willing to return but only willing to waive the "trip fee". I decline saying they should have properly diagnosed the issue and repair the problem in the first place. I'll contact another plumber which I'll better check out.

I needed a new refrigerator water line hooked up, I called at 11 AM and was told someone could come between 12 and 2:00! [redacted] got to my house at noon and finished in about an hour. He was very easy to talk to and explained everything clearly. I have always had good service from Affordable Plumbing and Heat.

Assessment and installations done in a professional and timely manner. I enjoyed working with [redacted]. He explained everything in detail so even I could understand the how and why of it. I very much appreciate Affordable's efforts in connecting quickly and taking care of our needs.

I contacted Affordable Plumbing and Heating for an estimate to replace a simple PVC connection that was leaking at the furnace. I was told they could likely replace it for around $200.00. I thought that was excessively high, but agreed to have them repair it if they could stick to that price. A repairman came out and looked at the job, and said it would cost around $400.00 or a little more to replace the PVC. I declined, and found another Company to do the repair work. Final cost by the second Company was a total $130.00. Affordable Plumbing and Heating sent me an invoice for a total of $116.00 for simply looking at the job and providing me with a price of $400.00 or more to do the job. They provided absolutely no other service, and this was for a local job. I would caution anyone from ever even considering using Affordable Plumbing and Heating.

First, Brahn, the salesman, arrived promptly and gave me a thorough and clear presentation of my furnace replacement options. I agreed, and he quickly got everything set up for the furnace installation, just three days later. Nate and John, the installers, were great. They called to tell me they were on their way, and then they arrived right on time. They were courteous, efficient, and did a great job of explaining all the features of my new furnace--and the complimentary new, upgraded, programmable thermostat. They also cleaned up thoroughly. [redacted] came out to fix our faucet and was quick and professional. He did a great job, the sink is working great **came out earlier in the week to fix a broken pipe and we are happy with the exceptional service we have received.

[redacted] was on time, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He got right to work and was able to fix the leak very quickly. The cost was actually lower than I expected for a professional plumber. I know who to call next time we have a plumbing issue.
