Nigel [redacted] gave our furnace a winter check today and replaced a cracked part. He was professional and courteous and I would request him again. Thank you Nigel.

The service technician arrived early and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the problem with my boiler recommended the proper course of action.
He did very good work!

Brandon with Affordable Plumbing and Heat came out to look at our humidifier attached to the furnace that was leaking water. He assessed the situation, discussed options and let me choose the option best for me. A price was give to me as well so I knew ahead of time the costs involved. The work was done in a timely manner and Brandon was very polite and courteous.

I had a very bad experience with Affordable Plumbing & Heating. They are not reliable and do not fulfill customers needs. I had to take days off of work 12/16 12/17 12/20 12/29. I had them come out at 1pm to check my heater and it turns out I needed a water heater so, I had them replace it and I paid them very well before [redacted] left he stated they have a 24 hr service and he would be back Saturday. I waited the hr and a half that he said to wait and my water was still not warm. I called back to tell them and they sent [redacted] out while he was here he noticed that the heating element was not working so he would be back in the morning so my family and I have to go without hot water. [redacted] stated[redacted] did not put right info on the invoice in which he had no idea what was going on. They also left old water heater in my crawlspace.

I would like to commend the 4 gentlemen that worked on my water heater, furnace, & humidifier. They were just wonderful. Polite, kind, professional & no matter what my question was they all answered me without making me feel "stupid" or "she's just a women". They worked from 10am to 1030pm with only one break at noon, on the coldest day we had had. They were Kyle, Nate, John, & Mike. Thank You for a Superior Job.

I wish to thank Affordable Plumbing and Heat for demonstrating good customer service to a long-standing customer (and referrals), as they advertise, when they followed up with me on an unfortunate set of circumstances. A job that had been started was not completed because of more than one factor including lack of
communication. A manager, Chad, contacted me after he had obviously done his research and homework before calling. He was very professional and personally made a house call and everything has been resolved for which I am grateful.

We've used Affordable multiple times for our plumbing and heating needs. They have always been timely, pleasant to work with, and very professional. [redacted]. peformed our winter furnace check in 2014 and again this year along with a main line cleaning. [redacted] is very thorough and answers all my questions. All of the service people who from installing a new thermostat to installing new toilets have been friendly and professional. I trust Affordable Plumbing and Heating. They've given me no reason not to.

Jeremy and Troy R. installed a new tub in our bathroom remodel. They were professional, went out of their way to insure they were listening to our needs, and completed the job with beautiful results. They kept the work space clean, and when we had an unexpected plumbing emergency, not related to their visit, they helped correct it as well. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

Brandon V. came to our home to clean the main line, inspect the furnace, and give a quote on replacing our water heater. He was timely, polite, and professional. I would hire him again and would recommend Affordable Plumbing to anyone.

Very satisfied with service. Our heater went out on Sunday morning, they came out that afternoon but could not get a part until Monday. Since our heat was out they fit us into the schedule to get our repair done the next day. Chuck who came out Monday was very knowledgeable and helpful as well as the other technician that came out on Sunday. Would definitely recommend this company.

Outstanding service! I initially called after getting the run around from two other companies. I called for a pilot light constantly going out on my water heater. I spoke to Misty, who was very polite and able to secure a technician the same day. He was at my door within one hour of calling. The technician, Mike [redacted], was top-notch. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Mike assessed the situation very quickly and efficiently and had immediate solutions. What started as a simple service call for a pilot light lead to an all-out water heater replacement. Mike even identified a worn seal on my ice maker connector that was deteriorated and corroded. This prevented a potential flooded basement down the road. He made me feel at ease about the extensive repairs needed even though I was not anticipating them. After my experience with the company and especially their tech [redacted] I would definitely use them in the future for all my plumbing needs. I had Affordable Plumbing and Heat out to fix a clogged sink. The technician came in and used a snake to clean out the line. We ran some water down the drain and it seemed to be working. 2 days later while rinsing dishes, the sink again started to back up. I called them to let them know that what they did didn't fix the problem. While talking to them, I was informed that the technician had recommended that they water jet the line. He never mentioned this to me, I would have remembered a discussion on an additional $199, nor was this additional service ever discussed when I first called them. Now they want the additional $199 in addition to the original $149 to clean out the line. I am not complaining about the price since I haven't researched what other companies would charge and these maybe reasonable. These guys seem to operate like many of the carpet cleaning services around town. They tell you one thing, then of course, when they get there it is going to cost you a lot more.

Called them at 6:30 AM and they had someone here by * AM and he completed the job it less time than he quoted. Jeff B. had a good attitude and was very knowledgeable in regards to his job. Would highly recommendable Affordable Plumbing and Heat and will use them again.

I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Mike came out at 4pm on a Friday and discovered that the leak resulted from my tile layer, who was there the day before, breaking the flange and trying to repair himself. He said it would be a 3 hour job and was missing a part, so he took care of rescheduling the appointment for the next morning. The guy who was to show up at 8am did not so I called at 8:30a to see if he was coming. At 9:30a the company called and said that he wasn't working that day but had another guy who could come out at 3pm. I took that appointment and the toilet was fixed in three hours. Both Mike and Dave who came out to my house were very nice, knowledgable, upbeat and helpful. I would use this company again.

Service technician was over 4 hours late. When he did arrive he was rude and condescending to my wife.
