I had a very bad experience with Affordable Plumbing & HeatingThey are not reliable and do not fulfill customers needsI had to take days off of work 12/12/12/12/I had them come out at 1pm to check my heater and it turns out I needed a water heater so, I had them replace it and I paid them very well before [redacted] left he stated they have a hr service and he would be back SaturdayI waited the hr and a half that he said to wait and my water was still not warmI called back to tell them and they sent [redacted] out while he was here he noticed that the heating element was not working so he would be back in the morning so my family and I have to go without hot water [redacted] stated [redacted] did not put right info on the invoice in which he had no idea what was going onThey also left old water heater in my crawlspace

Firstly they didn't turn up at the appointment time that was made. I had to call to remind them of the appointment. When they did turn up, the plumber troubleshooted the issue and came to the conclusion that an entire shower replacement was required to fix the problem. This would have cost $500-700 and they would have cut through the wall, so extra to patch up the wall afterwards. After speaking to a friend about the issue I had, I fixed it simply by replacing the shower head - a cost of $30. Would not recommend them to anyone.
I had a plugged toilet, i.e., ran very slowly, didn't remove any solidsCalled Affordable PlumbingTechnician augured the tolit and it flowed albeit slowlyThere fifteen minutes, charged me $and leftNext day, discovered toilet again stopped flowing, this time completelyCalled Affordable again on a Monday (I was gone over the weekend) only to discover they have only a hour warranty on the workThey'd be willing to return but only willing to waive the "trip fee"I decline saying they should have properly diagnosed the issue and repair the problem in the first placeI'll contact another plumber which I'll better check out
