Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response however there are many inaccuracies, especially with dates I have never contacted their company twice Only once and it was to dispute this charge I have a FINAL bill from directTV showing a CREDIT of $dated 10/17/15, because my account was debited for an amount I did not owe When I called into dorectTV I informed them also this account was turned off in JULY I paid my account in full and returned all necessary equipment If need be, I will file a complaint with directTV too seeing I have no Bill’s, emails, or anything from them including a credit This $was taken out of my account without consent and this is why it was disputed with my bank No credit was ever issued to me I appreciate you removing it from my credit I will get in touch with directTV to dispute this with them and verify you were a 3rd party for them and you did not in fact buy this account from them and them write it off as a bad debt for as most companies do with 90+ old accounts
