On 7-21-Martin *** replaced my capacitor on my air unit Martin's
interpersonal communicative skill were outstanding He makes you feel good about contacting Air comfort solutions When he arrived he went straight to the unit and took care of businessThis was a good thing.....because it was degrees that dayYou are very lucky to have him His knowledge of heat and air means your company has found a excellent employee He was funny and very humorous Mr*** made a bad day into a great day You need more employees like Martin *** ...thank you so much????

Hot water heater went out yesterday at about PM called Air Comfort Solutions and Gary Boren was at our house in one hour and three hours later we had hot waterGary did us a great job very friendly and left everything clean

My apptwas scheduled between 8am to noonI never received a courtesy call and nobody ever showedI called at noon and at 1:30pm being told they were running late but would notify me prior to arrivalI called again at 4pm being told the technician never checked back into the office after his first job and thus didn't have anybody scheduledI'm not sure if this company has grown too big, too quickly compromising customer service or if this was just a fluke

After speaking to the technician and the Service Manager regarding this call, the technician unintentionally missed the wiring issue. We apologize for this honest mistake and therefore with the stop payment of the check that the customer has already put into place, there will
be no charge. Thank you.

I had a contractor I did not finish the work on my house air comfort solutions came in and was very concerned about this I did not have the money to fix the contractors mess and pay for new work needing to be done my family lives with sewage in the backyard air comfort solutions called me early in the morning and offered to do the work at their own pocket this is a once-in-a-lifetime deal and I thank God for them I would recommend these people over anyone

Regarding this complaint, the customer was informed that once we received the other company's service ticket and compared the two service tickets we would issue a refund of the service call paid to the technician. I received the fax of the other ticket mid-morning yesterday and
have since mailed back her check, therefore the check will not be cashed. It is no longer in our possession. Please let me know if anything else is needed, thank you.

the unitThere was no need for me to speak to her cousin after coming to that conclusion with the homeownerAs stated in the complaint, she was given three option for equipment, and chose to finance the most expensive optionI informed her that I needed to check the install schedule and I would call her back to schedule a removal dateI phoned the customer back within a couple of hours and I was unable to reach her, nor leave a voicemail due to no mailbox being set upMyself and *** (the salesman) have since called her each numerous times to schedule a removal date and haven't received a call backWe are able to remove the unit this Friday or Saturday morningPlease let me know if anymore information is needed regarding this matterThank you

I for one will never do business with Air Comfort Solutions againI purchased there warranty for my new heat and air system to the tune of $The warranty that came with it said they would contact me in a year for a tune up I waited for year and monthsI finally called them myself to talk with a rude receptionist who finally scheduled my tune upIt was scheduled month out so I took off work to be home and I must have been in the bathroom when they called Finally at 11:I saw on my phone they had calledI called them back and they told me the Tech was out of the areaWhat happened to stopping by and knocking on the door So finally The rude girl on the phone finally agreed to work me in I took off work again to be home and now they called to cancel Again this receptionist is rude and has no idea about customer service I'm telling you people even if *** *** get on TV and says they'll take care of you he's lying I will never purchase anything from them again

In regards to case # ***, the customer purchased the service contract on 12/29/His first visit on the ac unit was performed on 2/15/and he has a pending
visit for fall of this year for the furnace to be checkedHis contract expires on 12/29/16, a year from the original purchase datePerhaps this complaint was made prior to the 2/15/visit or there was simply lack of communication on our end when the agreement was sold regarding the scheduling process

This was a very negative experience
To say something positive they did come to our home quickly, but from there it goes down hill
I have never had a technician ask to use my restroomNot only the tech but also his supervisor had to go potty during the hour or so that they were here
I felt almost as if they were planning to rob meThe supervisor was looking at and touching many of our keepsakes, without permission
After assessing the situation they decided that the circuit board was the problemAnd since circuit boards only last weeks, we would be better off to just get a new system and have them install itThey priced a circuit board at $and gave us estimates of $to over $10,for a new systemI felt pressure to make a decisionI later called AllTemp and they fixed our furnace that day for $!

In regards to this complaint, our technician mentioned what parts were bad and made recommendations on their replacement. Air Comfort Solutions can not re-write a ticket stating the parts were bad due to a specific reason, in this case lightning, due to the fact that this can not
be 100% confirmed. We will not put information on our service tickets that we are uncertain about, nor be dishonest. This customer has spoken to two supervisors and both made mention regarding what the technician writes on the service ticket is indeed his true findings. The technician has also been told to call the customer to clarify

According to all their ads on television that quote a price to come and service your air conditioner unit for a set fee - stating they will put up to lb of Feron, a filter and if it doesn't work throughout the summer they will come back Today the ad said for $or $they would do this WELL, when I called their office and *** or *** got all my info and then started telling me that it would be $for the call and then whatever another amount for any repairs When I told her of the ad I've been seeing over the past month, EVERYDAY, almost every hour on Channel 4, the football player guy - - well she gave me all the conditions I would have to pay $- I told her I was on social security and could I pay it out and she was very rude -
NO, we don't do billing I told her I guess I would just have to go get some fans from Walmart and live through the hot summer, she said well I guess you will And I hung up BE AWARE senior citizens - - they are NOT helpful at all

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me....barely. They didn't inform me what they did to correct the problem. I never received anymore communication from them after they left doing "whatever they did" to fix it. I guess I'll just have to wait and see after my electric bill comes to see if they helped or not

my heating system wasn't working properlyso I had air comfort solutions come outthey advertise everywhere that they are the leading A/C heating and plumbing service provider in OklahomaI was very pleased to have them say the technician could actually come out that night because my house was getting too cold for me and my sonI arrived home and found the technician was already thereso I let him inhe walked down to my heater and looked at ithe sat down there for about mins texting on his phoneI figured maybe he was checking parts or warrantyhe wrote up a work order and said my draft motor was broke and they would need to replace it but wanted to see if it was still under warranty so that I didn't have to pay the $plus tax for them to install a new one it would only be $so he left and charged me $for a "service call" which I paid in cashall of this is documented in their invoice they left methey called days later and said that the part is not under warranty even though the heater is only years oldand they want to set up a time for them to come replace itI told them I don't have anywhere close to that kind of money I would have to call them backso I re-signed up for a home warranty program I have had in the past that will fix household appliancesI had to wait a month grace period, which is standard, for it to activatethey had their technician home out today to fix it which he did with his finger by cleaning off a sensor cause it was dirtythere was never anything wrong with my heater other than it was dirty
