Fast response, and arrived early, after calling to confirm I was available! Explained clearly the issue and solution. Finished the job quickly, with no interruption. Didn't try to over-sell, or up-sale, while doing a great job describing the future expectations of our A/C unit. I will not only use AC by J again, I will recommend them to my friends, family and clients!

Richard arrived promptly and was very courteous. He seemed through in his assessment and resolved my problem quickly. Richard even took the time to explain the problem and resolution, all for the cost of the service call fee. I will be happy to do business with AC by J in the future.

Last year we were referred to AC by J by a fiend. We had our initial visit and agreed to have both our AC units placed under their annual service plan. They called to schedule our fall appointment and again this spring. The technician was on time, polite, professional and appeared quite knowledgeable. He promptly forwarded both streaming video and a printed estimate on the work he was recommending. He was not pushy or overbearing about trying to get us to agree to any work.

This company has always provided excellent customer service. One time there was a hiccup but problem solved efficiently & professionally. I feel like I'm in very good hands.

Two years ago, AC by Jay's replaced our two AC/Heating units at our home. We have been extremely pleased with the units, as well as the professional service after the sale. Recently, one of our units needed to have the condensation pump replaced. The AC by Jay's technician provided same-day service and replaced the pump. Excellent products and service!

AC by J has been performing AC and Heating service at our home for many years. Recently they installed two new zones of AC and Heating equipment. Service is always excellent on site and and well, as in the office contacts and follow ups. Management stands behind their service and equipment.

We have been customers of AC by J for over 15 years and have always been happy with their service. We have contracts for maintenance and find them to be responsive to any need we have-- any time of the day. Their service and customer service folks couldn;'t be nicer or more professional. I have no reservations in recommending them!

I have to say that I was very impressed with both their service and promptness in follow up. Not only did I get an immediate call back for service, but they had a technician at my house within hours. Their prices were reasonable and they continued to follow up with me by phone and email...amazing! I would highly recommend AC by J!

Very helpful & totally honest

AC by J has consistently proven to be a very reliable Air Conditioning repair company that we are glad we went with. Their technicians arrive on time, are friendly, explain anything and give information as requested during check-ups. The office staff we've spoken with have all been extremely friendly on the phone and always return a call or information when needed. They helped us secure awesome financing so we weren't without an AC during a hot August 3 yrs ago!
