our tech, Chris, took some time to do a thorough inspection of our two A/C units. Good news- good shape for now. Chris also gave us some helpful info and advice. The price was reasonable and service was great. We have used A/C by Jay for four years now and they have kept us happy. We will keep using them.

Use them for my air conditioner needs and been very pleased.

We returned from vacation to find the AC unit not functioning. We were visited within an hour, problem diagnosed, parts ordered and repairs completed by the next day.

No one likes to have to pay money to solve a problem but I feel we got good value and service for the work performed.

My wife and I have completed 8 years as satisfied customers of AC by J. During this period we have been covered by the "Comfort Club Membership". Our experience with the technician support has been exceptional. They arrived on time, were technically proficient (I'm an Engineer) and left a clean work area. During the last visit we signed up for the "Plumbing Health and Safety Membership". During the first inspection, I was surprised at the number of issues that were uncovered and corrected.

Consistently responsive, truly professional results, including technical and customer communication performance.

We have done business with Air Conditioning By Jay since 2012. We have only had positive experiences with our service technicians. They show up promptly for the appointments and are very conscience about entering our home with booties over their shoes. We purchase a twice yearly maintenance on our ac/heating system. Service tech Eric B. did a great job, and is a good representative of their company.

We highly recommend Air Conditioning By Jay. We have been using them for years to keep our AC in good working order. Recently I was getting the house ready to entertain friends and I noticed the AC wasn't cooling correctly. I gave them a call and they had a technician out to diagnose the problem within a few hours. Thankfully, they somehow managed to get it working and I was able to have friends over and not overheat! When we did decide it was time to replace our AC, they sent out Eric who was extremely helpful in making our decision for the best unit for our family needs. He took his time to carefully explain all of the options and help us make our choice. They installed the unit the next day and we were very happy with the excellent service and attention to detail.
