I am not a big person for service contracts, but decided 18 months ago to get one for my almost 10-year old system. During one of the 6-month check-ups they found a major problem and just before the warranty expired, I got a free new condenser system. What a massive savings.

I have been using AC by Jay since I bought my house in 2000. In 2006 they installed a brand new ac/heat pump unit and have always been impressed with their customer service. Their technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly and always explain in full what they are doing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I cannot even express how thankful I am for the wonderful service I received from AC by Jay. My unit went out on New Year's Eve day. I call and left a message at 6:30 am and had a representative and an installer at my home the same morning. By 6:00 pm I had two new units on my home. It was totally unexpected that this would be accomplished in the same day and no less on a holiday. I apologized to the installers about them working so late on New Year's and not one worker complained or had anything negative to say. In fact one said that it was a "fun" day.
