Any service they do is at least double what I have researched it to be looking backPlease learn from my mistake of dealing with this group of criminalsthey over charge and replace parts that do not need replacingservice is horrible and costs are to 300% over other companies Overall they will out of business just by screwing SO many people who will out them!

We needed service on our A/C.I called and they set an appt.They came on time and told us we really needed a new A/C because our unit was old and there were no parts .I told them I couldn`t afford to buy a new one right now.They worked a special deal and made it possible to replace it now.My wife & I are yrs old and we don`t have a lot of money,but Air Rescue made it possible.Our new unit is going in today..Thank you

I have been satisfied with their service for many years There is not much sales pushing for various things Being older, I remember how things used to last long ago The problems I had is not a result of AIr Rescue After years both the AC compressor and coils developed leaks Having a service contract with them has been worth it We never had to endure more than hours without AC here in Florida All of the techs that have come out have be courteous and professional, like the old days

I have not had a favorable experience with Air RescueIn August of I was sold heat pump unitsIt took them at least months and many return visits, no-shows, and un-informed or un-prepared "technicians" showing up - to pass the city inspectionI even received a threat that they would report ME to the city for not having my units inspected when they were the ones who had not returned to fix what was wrongAmong all those visits resulted in leaking or broken pipes where disaster relief had to be called in to repair my walls and ceilingsAbout a month ago I went into my attic for the first time since all of this took place, to find it was coolYes, I've been air conditioning my attic for a yearThe technician who came this time was very nice and says he thinks he repaired the leak, but it was hard to reachAm I feeling confident? Not really

Anthony is a knowledgable young man and explained everything to me that he was going to check on my AC When he had completed his inspection he advised me of certain difficulties that he had found
He then described all the items that he found lacking and described what he should do to correct them
His explanation was completely satisfactory and I accepted all of his suggestions
I think that he is an excellent representative and I would accept him at any time as your representative

The fan motor of our outside air conditioner was not working but the compressor wasThe repairman from AIr Rescue told us that the fan motor was bad and needed to be replaced at a cost of around $1,As our unit is years old, he suggested an entire new unit be purchased for around $Interestingly, the new fan motor could be replaced in a few days to a week, but the new A/C unit could be installed the next day
We had read some of the recent reviews of Air Rescue in which customers had said that they felt as if they were being pressured into buying new unitsEven with the discounts that the repairman Hunter kept mentioning, we felt that the cost was too high, we were being pressured and decided to wait and check further
Within thirty minutes we had another company check the problem When he checked the unit, it was working fineThe assumption is that the unit might have frozen temporarily causing the fan motor to temporarily shut downAll is now working fineNothing new is needed
When we explained our feelings to manager Joe *** the next day, he said we would NOT be charged the service call feeYet, on 6/this charge of $appeared on my AmEx accountI have disputed the charge

I was very pleased with the fast and courteous service I received from Air Rescue and all the staff I came in contact with when my air conditioner stopped workingGreat job Air Rescue

My air quit working and I didnt know what to do I called a small company my neighbor referred me to but they couldnt come until the next day I called Air Rescue and they were at my condo in less than an hour Turns out that the coil was bad in the air handlerThey replaced the coil for a fraction of the price of a new system and within a couple hours my condo was cool and comfortable again Jamil was very knowledgeable and polite Thank you Air Rescue!
