Excellent company from the receptionist to the service technician Jeremy J*** To star with they called me to remind me of the appointment the day beforeI scheduled first appointment and Jeremy showed up on time (which is rare now a days) He tested and cleaned the coils while going over the systemI asked him to explained the different size units , what temperature is best to save energy and recommendations from all major systems Jeremy went in details on all my questions and was very knowledgeableI told Jeremy that when my unit goes out, I will replace it with his company and hopefully him as the installer Please give Jeremy a big thanks for his time and knowledge Will definitely recommended him to anyone in need of an air conditioner

I recently, May, 2016, had my routine spring maintenance checkup and the very day of the check my A/C had a problem Technician Scott Cfrom Air Rescue A/C arrived, as scheduled, and after determining the problem went into action Like a pro he fixed the problem, completed the semi-annual checkup and because I've been a Gold Member for many years the service did't cost me a dime I highly recommend Air Rescue Air Conditioning and rate their technicians, especially technician Scott Cand team,, professional, knowledgeable, calm...the best

Our A/C unit was not working properly and required prompt servicing due to the weather conditions (extremely hot and humid). Not only did the Air Rescue tech (Scott C.) arrive slightly before the scheduled appointment time, he was knowledgable, courteous, and expedited a repair so that our A/C was up and running again.

Been ripped off by you for the last time. You are not technicians but sales people who are trained to change parts at super inflated rates and cheat people by selling them "parts" they do not need.... with the primary goal of selling a whole new system. It is pure robbery what you do and I am contacting the Revdex.com to place a complaint. This time I have the proof to push this as far as possible. Never Never Never use this company!
Any service they do is at least double what I have researched it to be looking back... Please learn from my mistake of dealing with this group of criminals.... they over charge and replace parts that do not need replacing.... service is horrible and costs are 200 to 300% over other companies.
Overall they will out of business just by screwing SO many people who will out them!

I have been satisfied with their service for many years. There is not much sales pushing for various things. Being older, I remember how things used to last long ago. The problems I had is not a result of AIr Rescue. After 4 years both the AC compressor and coils developed leaks. Having a service contract with them has been worth it. We never had to endure more than 24 hours without AC here in Florida. All of the techs that have come out have be courteous and professional, like the old days.

GaryO was a great technician. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and got the job done swifty. A uniformly positive experience, and I will be asking for him by name in the future.
