My existing HVAC company came out to conduct semi-annual checks on my system and created a laundry list that included replacing a coil for $in addition to other repairsI hired Air Specialty for a second opinion and the technician reviewed each item line by line and showed me where each component wasHe was very thorough and straight forwardWe determined that two parts should be replaced and came up with a plan to monitor the refrigerant and coilThe other company was apparently trying to create urgency in order to sell me a new systemThis saved me $and gave me piece of mind

Andy and Air Specialty did an outstanding job for me and my familyThey were professional, prompt, and thoroughI had a room that was unusually warm and they diagnosed the issue, designed a solution, and solved the problemThey went above and beyond the call of dutyMy room is no longer too warm and their solution increased air flow to other rooms as well, BONUS! On April 8th, *** from Air Specialty installed a heat pump for our room over the garage and our back porch that we enclosed to make a sun room Great experience from start to finish ***, in the front office, was friendly and made scheduling a breeze ***, the comfort advisor, took time to answer all of our questions and explain the different options *** and his crew were wonderful Not only did they protect our house by laying down plastic over the carpet, they helped our dog She'd gotten sick in her kennel because of finding some Easter jelly beans They took her outside and removed the dirty bedding before putting her back in the kennel! That was definitely above and beyond! I'd definitely recommend and use Air Specialty for future needs!!

This company put in a ton heat pump into my house four weeks agoMy old unit was years old and my new system is a 17seer systemI just received my power bill and my power usage was cut by almost 50%!!! The comfort specialist Andy was very courteous and took the time to explain the new system to me and took the time to measure all of my duct work to make sure the system was going to run rightThe office staff that I dealt with were very kind and Cathy was very funny!
