My a/c shut-off and I called Airco Service late on a Sunday afternoon*** called me back and arrived at my house at the time he stated*** immediately discovered the problem and proceeded to correct the issueHe informed me of the steps he was taking with the a/c system and answered all questions*** kept at it until he found a blockage that activated the system safety feature which automatically shut down the system*** cleaned out everything and restarted the system and it was fully functional again, which was great in degree heat*** had been to my house before and had been extremely professional at that time also
He was very educated on the heating/AC system and explained each step takeI would feel extremely confident in *** and Airco if all of there representatives are as well trained and professional and would recommend them to anyone with problems in their homes

Beware of their tech named ***I needed them to come out and put some PVC pipe on the drainage pipe because it was creating a huge puddle next to my houseThey said they would send a tech out either Monday or Tuesday and it didn't matter if anyone was home or not because he didn't need to come in the house I woke up Monday morning to a text from my neighbor letting me know there was an A/C man at my house looking through my mailbox and trying to get in my front doorJust as a finished reading the text my daughters ran in my room saying a man was in our houseI ran out there and he had come in through the back door and was shocked to see my kids homeWe called the company and they said they would take care of itWhen he was finished, he came to the front door and apologizedHe said "I didn't think anyone was home, I should have knocked first" If he thought no one was home then why was he in MY house? My landlord called the company this morning to let them know that was not okay and that *** is not allowed to work on any more of her housesThey told her that *** said he did not enter my home and that I was lyingThey told her that he has been with him for over years and they have no reason not to trust him I sent them a screen shot of the text that my neighbor sent and I have yet to hear anything back

It was reasonably priced and *** installed it while he was here We are very comfortable with Airco and they help us with all of our HVAC needs Thank you *** !

I replaced both upstairs and downstairs units with the top of the line units Couldn't be happier Airco performed duct work modifications as well There was a mishap with the duct work not being completed and when I notified them, they discovered the problem and scheduled to fix with no argument Had the City inspection and had to bond the gas line per a new code that isn't well know and they scheduled to perform that work All the while not asking for any payment until I was completely satisfied Very professional installers and technicians that made this experience very satisfying They live up to all of their highly-rated reviews

I would like to share an experience I had with a company new to me who serviced my air conditioning system I have been experiencing long run times for my air conditioning unit since the unit was replaced in This week I contacted Airco Service, Incat the recommendation of a friend Today *** came to my home to evaluate my system He had some special equipment which he used to evaluate my unit He compared the unit size and air flow to my home size *** was able to optimize my unit performance with his equipment which caused the unit to perform as it was designed *** was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to explain his work to me where even I understood I am thankful for a company like Airco Service, Incand *** who provided me with a unit operating at peak performance and peace of mind the unit will keep my home comfortable without the unit in constant operation

I just want to give kudos and lot of thanks to Airco for all of their help Every person I came in contact with during my new central heat/air installation (after my central air unit had went out on a very, very hot day) were fantastic, and I wish I could recall each one's name *** and *** were in charge of the install, and the install process was so professional and top-notch...it worked like a well-oiled machine They put customer service at the top of their list, and I greatly appreciate them I am very pleased and would highly recommend them

AIRCO & the crew they sent to our rural home in Okmulgee County, did an excellent job repairing our Heat & Air unit I have recommend AIRCO to all of our friends & neighbors!!! ***, *** & his crew, *** & everyone who worked at our home were GREAT!

I am rejecting this response because: *** *** is still not being truthful The leak on the cold water side of the faucet was never repaired A new washer was never installed I notified Airco the next morning about the leak not a couple of days laterI have the e-mail to prove it
Yes, one of the pictures shows dad working on the left side faucet Dad checked both sides to see if the washers had been replaced since we had been billed for replacement of "washers." Please note in the attached e-mail how John explains why we were billed for the replacement of two washers
I also wonder about the amount billed John has never provided a detailed statementI have emailed him several times One response vaguely refers to billable hours and materials in another, John contradicts this by stating charges are based on a "flat rate code book." His last e-mail states that labor was $and materials was $with no explanation or details
I have spent hours trying to settle this issue I called and e-mailed trying to settle the matter before reporting to the Revdex.com I am concerned that my year old father on a limited income paid for work that wasn't done At this point, I have spent way over hours. Therefore, I request a reimbursement of their labor charge of $
