Great Company. Sales guy was v-good. We got just what we needed.

Airco responded to an emergency water leak under the house, we repaired that issue after picking up the needed supplies, we installed a new hose bib as requested and repair a drip on the cold water side of the Tub faucet which was the right side valve and left a couple of days later the left side...

of the Tub faucet evidently started leaking as seen in the pictures that the customer sent us via e-mail it clearly shows the customer working on the Left hand valve "side" of the Tub faucet, reason that the screw was rusted on was that side was not leaking when we were there otherwise we would have replaced it. I just spoke with Mrs [redacted], as [redacted] is in Ireland and Airco will refund the customer the $65.00 as requested to resolve this matter.

I am very pleased with my new heating and air conditioning system. Installation went very smoothly. [redacted] and [redacted] seemed very capable and were very respectful of my home. They arrived when they said they would and let me know when they were leaving. They protected my property where necessary.
I would definitely recommend Airco Service.

[redacted] and his team were marvelous. They were on time, very considerate and completed the install of my new AC in one day. I was so pleased to come home to a cool and comfortable house. I've used AIRCO for a long time and will continue to take my business there. I will also refer all friends and acquaintances.

I spoke with [redacted] on Friday 8/19. We went through the service history on her condo together. We have had three service calls at her condo where we added refrigerant, replaced a motor and found the fuses not operational. Mrs. [redacted] was frustrated due to the same outcome (no cooling) and we...

went through how these issues are separate problems that resulted in the same outcome. There is a leak in the system, which is common for an A/C system of this age and we are going to set up a leak search on her condo when she is available to do so. Also, Mrs. [redacted] is a planned service customer on her primary residence and she asked that we give the planned service discount for her rental home. I have refunded $239.00 to Mrs. [redacted] as a planned service discount, which was mutually agreed upon.

Airco went above and beyond expectations. They did fantastic work and we would recommend them to anyone, especially [redacted] and [redacted]. They were very polite and did a thorough job replacing EVERYTHING. Thanks again guys!

Airco was called out for service at the customers house on a no cool call. upon checking the equipment we found a dirty filter, the customer normally changes as he stated and we left it out if we would have had that size on the truck we...

would have offered to change it however it was affecting the units operation. We also found that the wall that the thermostat was on was leaking air into the back of the thermostat and needed to be sealed and thermostat reinstalled that was explained to the customer a couple of time as he was having a difficult time understanding what was needed we sealed up the hole and checked out the equipment for proper operation and that is what he was charge for. The customer was informed and given a price for the repair and authorized the repair prior to the repair being made

When I called, I stated my thermostat was showing temps at 75 but was cooling. That is the reason why I said they could come on Monday I did not need them Friday when I called because it was cooling. If they did not have a required filter size, why did they take the one I had off and leave me with no filter. The filter was abit dirty but I do not think it was affecting airflow. I change them constantly. They say they sealed the hole, I still have the same problem I had. It did not make any difference. Yes I paid after arguing about the costs but what was I supposed to do, tell the technician I am not paying and send him parking?. On the leaking air explanation they gave me, it made no sense. They said that even though my thermometer was cooling, the leaking air read the air temperature in the attic. Attic temperature is over 90, my temp was 75. So after all they did, my unit is the same as before they did anything, which means technically they did nothing and should have only charged for inspection, which I had called for. Another thing, why did they not tell me about their findings before fixing. I have never had service where someone comes to your home, gets a problem, states they fixed it, then talk to you about their findings when all is done. I was there all along. Why dint he mention to me what he found wrong. Only time he talked to me was when I opened the door to him and when he was giving me a bill. What if I did not want to fix what they thought was wrong. I believe I have a right to decide to fix or not to fix and that is also an option I was not given.

I have answered the customer's complaint and if there is still a problem we will send someone back out to review our repair at no charge. The customer never called us to review the charges, the service but can write the Revdex.com without and without any conversation being had. this is unacceptable that a customer would immediately write the Revdex.com without any attempt to contact a business to remedy the issue but rather try to intimidate the business into a refund by accusing a company of unethical business practices. We were called out by the customer to find a problem and remedy our technician found the equipment working properly but the wall temp by the stat was hot and was effecting the thermostats readings this was explained to the customer 3 times as he was having trouble understanding and we made the repair and he paid us for out work. If there is a problem we would be glad to recheck the issue

The business is trying to make me sound as if I am lying but I am not. I do not want any money back from them and I would prefer never to deal with them ever again I just want the people in the public to know what might happen to them for choosing this business. On the first reply to my complaint they stated "The customer was informed and given a price for the repair and authorized the repair prior to the repair being" This is a lie. The only time the technician talked to me was when he came to my house, asked where my conditioning unit and stuff was and when he gave me the bill. When I asked him why he did not tell me what was wrong, had to be fixed and how much it would cost, instead of just doing it and giving the explanation later his answer was "we always go ahead and fix the problem we get because if we tell before fixing, people sometimes just pay us for an inspection and find someone cheaper to do it or do it themselves since we already told them what the problem is". Why would they explain to me what needed to be repaired and the cost before they did it and I end up having to be given an explanation three times to understand then say go ahead? it does not make sense. They explained three times after giving me the bill and doing the claimed repair they made which truthfully was pretty much nothing done and that is why I needed three explanations to understand which I still did not. I also know I have a right to say if a problem I have with my unit needs to be fixed or not something they violated by doing it without then telling me later what they did.
On the second reply they gave, first they did not answer my question why the technician provided the services he claimed to perform before me authorizing him to go ahead, and never told me of his findings till he presented me the bill. Secondly, they claim that I never called to review charges which is a lie. I called Airco immediately after I got they gave me the bill. I made the call on 8/3/15 at 4.19PM and argued for 6 minutes. I have the call log on my phone still. The customer service attendant told me yes they charge $69 for inspection but that did not include the technicians services, something which was totally different from my original inquiry where they told me charge is $69 and if repairs are made they use the $69 and any other amount it went over $69.
so I am not trying to intimidate the business and yes I did contact the company and they told me My charges stood, they were sorry if It was not what I was told and I had to pay over the phone before the technician left, so I paid. All I am doing is letting people know what kind of experience I had and maybe would save them the dilemma of having an experience as me. I do not want a refund from them and I do not want to ever deal with them and I hope as many people out there can read what they did to me and know what they are getting into or what they my encounter by requesting their services.

[redacted] recently checked out our new HVAC installations and programmed the new Lennox controllers. He was most patient in teaching my wife and I the system so that we could make adjustments as desired. He is intelligent, respectful, and courteous. He was also resourceful in that we were adding a new unit to an existing system and combining them so that either one could be controlled from either station. This required factory input using the computer. I can't imagine a more pleasant experience. He is the type of young man that any parent would hope for their son to emulate.

High professional technician, he expleined the work that was performing and the justification for each change.

Yesterday I wrote a review of Airco with a negative attitude, today I can write another review with a positive attitude. Mr. [redacted] Boyce, one of the owners of Airco has offered a very workable warranty to my problem. I thank Mr. Boyce for the prompt action in handling this situation. His company does have integrity and I will now continue to use the company whenever the situation arises.

Water tank went out on a Saturday night...called Airco Service Sunday morning and within 24 hours had a new water tank replaced! Great service and a fast response! Thanks!

During 2016 AIRCO Service replaced the central heat and air in my house and I was very satisfied with their service. They were very professional, prompt and went out of their way to make sure I understood what they were doing and how the system worked. If you are considering a repair/replacement to your central heat and air system I would highly recommend them.

I would like to share an experience I had with a company new to me who serviced my air conditioning system. I have been experiencing long run times for my air conditioning unit since the unit was replaced in 2009. This week I contacted Airco Service, Inc. at the recommendation of a friend. Today [redacted] came to my home to evaluate my system. He had some special equipment which he used to evaluate my unit. He compared the unit size and air flow to my home size. [redacted] was able to optimize my unit performance with his equipment which caused the unit to perform as it was designed. [redacted] was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to explain his work to me where even I understood. I am thankful for a company like Airco Service, Inc. and [redacted] who provided me with a unit operating at peak performance and peace of mind the unit will keep my home comfortable without the unit in constant operation.

I just had the most horrible experience with Airco. For the past 2 years or so have used this company with good experience. On Monday of this week, a new AC unit was ordered, I requested the warranty to two individuals from that office on the phone ..Was assured that I would have 10 year warranty on compressor. Now, after having unit installed, the warranty is only 5 years?!!! My experience now tells me that those individuals in the office need excessive training on their products that they are pedaling. Those individuals in the field do good work however, the office staff needs to be replaced!!!!! How can a person work in the office and not know how it operates? If the the person only sets up appointments, then they should NEVER offer advice on something they have NO clue on. My first doubt should have come when they never showed the day they said they would install the unit. Not until I called to ask where they were did they find the work order. I will take my business somewhere else!!!!!!

I used Airco to get a second opinion from another company that recommended I buy a $12,000 system because they said I had a crack in my furnace. [redacted] explained everything to me and said he saw no crack and that my furnace was in very good shape. I really appreciated that Airco would be honest. I will definitely use them again.

The installers just left after a 2 day heating/air conditioner installation. Great experience! This company told us it was a 2 day install and they were good to their word even with the extra problems they ran in to. They cleaned up both days, were friendly, respectful and helpful.
This is a company that believes in old fashioned customer service! They were not pushy but wanted to help us choose the system that was right for US.
Great company...outstanding salesman and top professional installation crew.
We'll definitely be back when we replace our upstairs equipment!
