I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolvedFor the record however I would like to make the following statement.The representative did not go through the procedure that is claimed in the email: Firstly I explicitly requested to evaluate their database, and have some proof of the service they were offeringI was told this was not possible. No such statement was made about the irrevocable nature of the commitment to purchase, and if they are dealing with UK Citizens they have a responsibility to understand our distance trading laws which would not permit this. I was told it was not possible to think about their offer, I had to make a decision on that call because of their costs. I am however satisfied with the speed in which Revdex.com has managed to resolve this issue, and I express my gratitude to your team

I disagree with the amount refunded, it is short from the amount actually as set out in my complaint & secondly at no time was a disclosure made regarding refunds or withdrawing from the World membership however the representative clearly indicated that the law does not allow credit card information to be retained this obviously is not true as they were able to make the partial refund to my account I would like to be advised why they have not made a full refund thank you for your help
