On 1/17/I purchased a brand new A/C unit for my commercial building for $6,349, which included yr parts and yr labor warranties, from Alaskan Home Services in [redacted] , AZI started having problems with the unit this summerI first called Alaskan out for a repair on 6/7/After the A/C tech checked the unit to find the issue he mentioned that "whoever installed this unit did a crappy job wiring it." When I informed him that his company had installed it, he immediately backtracked and said that the wiring in my building was shottyI found out later the unit had been installed with the wrong type of conduit! Alaskan had used flexible conduit on the unit instead of rigid conduitThat means that the initial installation of my unit did not meet code! As a person that works in the inspection industry and works with various codes, I find this incredibly disturbing! During this service call on 6/7, I was told that while the parts were still under warranty, the labor was notI

I talked to frank and we are sending out a lead installer to correct any problems with the drain or coil from it leaking

Tom Wwas the team member who did the system check upHe was very informative & I found out that the there was a lot more to be done, than previous team members had done (like also checking the air handler in the attic, other tech's had told me that was extra)He also explained things to me that other techs had failed to do I now understand my extended service contract I purchased another one, because he explained it

I contracted w/ this business's Tucson entity for a year, twice annual, service on my home air cond and heatingThe company sent a completely incompetent 'repair' person to service my air conditioningHe took days, in the middle of the summer, to fail to determine the problem of a leak in the water condensing location in my homeI called another company the following day and their person diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour I have emailed Alaskan Home Svcs about this problem and followed up; they have not responded to my emailsThe emails detail the problemThey apparently are not interested in resolving this problem between me and the company so I have contacted you

Alaskan Home Services has given me the best presentation and explanation of buying a new central HVAC I am going to go with them over the other estimates I got

Been with Alaskan Home Services for yearsThey are very professional, honest, thorough and customer friendlyTheir response time is excellentToday I had an issue with a leak in the PVC pipe connection for the condensation lineThey responded within hours and fixed the problem

Showed up on time and checked out the system I had some questions which they took the time to answer and point out Very professional in their work

Sam (Gary) showed up on time after having given me a call that he was on the way Checked my units, answered my questions and was a quality guy Glad I subscribe to Alaska's semi annual PM program, because I would forget otherwise

Rheem AC unit installed March Recent water damage to ceiling below attic noted in May Technician from Alaskan came out May 30, and determined that overflow pan was not at correct angle and recommended remount of air handler from rafters with angle iron and medal straps 2nd Technician from Alaskan agreed with previous diagnosis Also, had AC technician from [redacted]  come out and determined this to be issue with installation Alaskan refusing to correct issue with system overflow pan angle installation Have spoken to Gary - [redacted] at Alaskan in [redacted]  twice with no results Left messages with owner in Phoenix but have not had a call returned

Earl is courteous, careful about cleaning up after himself, and all around pleasant and helpful

the part has come in from rheem and we have installed it we have agreed to pay two nights for a hotel for them

Have a maintenance agreement with Alaskan Home Services for past years, and very pleased with their work Usually Earl is sent to my house, and he is professional, arrives promptly, and courteousInside staff support (bookings or general questions) are great to work with as well

The service techgot here on time, I was late, but he had call me to tell me he was here and I told him I was a few minutes from home so he waitedHe cleaned the my A/C unit and advised me of the age of the unit, but also told me it was still in good shape, He didn't try to force me into buying a new unit, which a lot of companies would have tried to do I purchased a contract with Alaskan Air several years ago,when I had them come out to replace the drive motor that had burned up.They call me twice a year to advise me when service is do and come out and service my a/c unit, which is why the unit is still in good working order.I have had several techfrom Alaskan air come service my a/c over the years and have no complaints with any of themThey all are professional and very good at their job
