Sam (Gary) showed up on time after having given me a call that he was on the way. Checked my units, answered my questions and was a quality guy. Glad I subscribe to Alaska's semi annual PM program, because I would forget otherwise.

Donn was early and after his inspection clearly explained why the 'thumping ' hsd occurred. Ice buildup-no problem. The unit was clearing itself automatically., Great!

this is second response to this customers complaint.   According to homeowner he says we opened a branch in Texas. this is not true, there was a new corporation opened in Texas and this was a separate corporation from us here in [redacted] so these are two different companies and the [redacted]...

in texas shows the owner of [redacted] which is true.The corporation was sold on nov. 2011 to a [redacted] so he is responsible for all warranties and customers of that business since he bought all shares of that corporation.all the legal documents this homeowner has including the proposal and invoice show texas license number and address and texas corporation phone number.He paid by credit card and was charged by alaskan corporation in texas.  the customer contact info on the receipt is incorrect and credit card company made a mistake on that info probably due to we process with them here in arizona with this corporation.back when this customer purchased unit the website[redacted].[redacted].[redacted] went to a page that asked which corporation business you wanted and you had to click on either to take you to that business. this complaint needs to be transfered to [redacted] for the report on texas business corporation in texas and taken off as a complaint on this report here since this is a different corporation.

I have reviewed the response...

made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  A[redacted] the General Manager contacted me directly and we had a very constructive conversation. My situation has been fully resolved to our mutual satisfaction.
I informed him that I will continue to conduct all of my HVAC services through the company going forward.  They have treated me fairly and professionally and
for this I shall remain a loyal customer!
