After spending thousands of dollars for a brand new AC/Heater unit after only a few years I have had to pay 2 times for them to come out fix the units ... All though the parts were covered under manufacturing warranty the labor was charged . Horrible customer service ! Do not purchase from this company

On time, clean, neat, professional explained what he was doing. Never have had a problem with Alaskan Air.

Donn came we talk for a fews minutes and he went out to thr roof of the house came back andsaid that every look good and that he would see us in about six months I sign he paper and he left

Alaskan Home Services did a nice job four years ago installing a new AC unit and heater for my home. Their expertise is apparent when they inspect my units in the Spring and the Winter. The unit has been a big improvement over the one that was replaced. the company even has contracts available that include the water heater etc. Fortunate to find such a reliable company in my area.

In the past seven months I have had the pleasure of working several times with Alaskan Home Services in providing our semi annual tune-ups and service on our community's clubhouse A/C and Heating units. They have always been on time,professional and knowledgeable as well as willing to take time to explain the issues we have had. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have left messages today for Mr. [redacted] and awaiting his callback. we will take of the issues once we talk to him and schedule a time to come out with him.  we are more than willing to solve these issues and will to his satisfaction.

Have a maintenance agreement with Alaskan Home Services for past 2 years, and very pleased with their work. Usually Earl is sent to my house, and he is professional, arrives promptly, and courteous. Inside staff support (bookings or general questions) are great to work with as well.

My Air Conditioner now works like new. Thanks to Mike W. of Alaskan Air. This man is a total professional, hard worker, and honest as the day is long. I would welcome him anytime.

Tom was polite, efficient doing his job, checked out vents and was on his way after papers were signed. Although he may have been here before, there was no wasted time and we appreciate that greatly. However, he did arrive just as I was printing out the memo from Alaskan Home Services showing his photo. Probably would have helped to have at least 5 minutes before technician arrive.

I don't know why Alaskan is not a Revdex.com member. I have been doing business with them for years. Always very satisfied.
