Good AfternoonAlegria Auto Has Received a complaint in regards to payments withdrawn according to complainant unauthorized charges.As we investigated to see what happened with the funds, the funds were with drawn [redacted] for was authorizedWe asked the client per contract to please send a written addressed letter to the dealer with in days prior to payment to remove any credit cards from the systemPlease review the contract signed by [redacted] ***No form of documents was ever received to remove any info from client.Thank you Alegria Auto

Good Afternoon The documentation showed you were way above the 30 day non payment, an automatic debit was sent to the card in file, the transactions for the vehicle not was extremely pass due and if there is another card with clients name The company will run the ard last used when you call in to make payment. according to our notes you had a promise to pay and was broken. Still with a passed due of 405.94 and since you have signed a Voluntary Surrender after the fact that the unit was been repaired in service , you claim was why pay a note ifthe car its in service? regardless the issue a contractual agreement specifically said if is your responsibility till car note is paid off

Good morning, The card in question was never authorized for usage WITHOUT consent at ANY given time. Furthermore, the recordings made of several conversations with a [redacted] clearly state that an attempt to reverse funds to my account was made as bank records will show. I regrettably must reject your resolution and insist that the entire amount of $210.00 be returned to the account in question as it was not authorized for removal. There was no verbal communication from Algeria Auto Sales for its removal and clearly the card is not on file. Recordings of each conversation can readily be provided without delay assuring the verbal arrangements made by [redacted] to return the funds in question to my account. Regards, [redacted]

We have finalized the investigation,
According to the findings , the reason for your request or the refund was due to your vehicle been in service at the time of the payment You stated that you were not going to pay for a car note that you were not using or driving However, according to the contract it clearly shows and reads that regardless if the vehicle is in service you are responsible for the vehicle paymenttill contract is completed.We do realize that you requested a refund on that payment but at the time, the payment was due as you realized on the recording that you needed the funds to find and alternative way to go to work but no mentions of wrongful usage of credit card on a due payment Furthermore, due to the evidence on the recording and no mentions of usage of wrong credit card accounting department has declined your request.
Alegria Auto will continue to investigate if we find any recordings in which you stated to us on the recordings that we were not supposed to remove funds from an account , we will more then glad to return the fundsCorporate office

On the matter of this case your account was passed due over days close to a yr and unit was abandoned according to the State of Texas after a Breach of Contract that clearly states on the documentation singed and accepted on the date of sale of 10/10/12, plus per contract
client is fully responsible for such vehicle. This Vehicle was out for repossession & Skip tracing for the length of time that nether client knew where it was but according to client we had the vehicleHowever, Client stated that he had left it with one of his friends while he was incarcerated and the last conversation was on 05/19 and this information was never divulged to Alegria Auto. After no communication for over yr, and as a courtesy we filed a police report on 03/02/HPD CASE --***--OFFICER KEIJ UNIT 8604--since client did not informed nor ever filed a report till this date that Alegria Auto Sales filedThe applied toward the repossession cost and fees was applied on the account and the account still past due payments of bi-weeklyClient also removed the GPS tracker and now is on the hands of HPDPer Contract as Revdex.com Clearly knows no refunds or ExchangeWe did try to help client till a certain point of time and Client involved the constable's Police ,but as they clearly knows is a civil issue plus HPD crime unit have been already involved in this case and they could not do anything till HPD theft unit contacts us

order to the client have clear understanding of what they are signing On such document you will notice a We Owe section that reads as follows "Customer has been notified the responsibility of making sure any issues addressed on the day of the sale need to be in writing and disclosed on the We OweIf is not in writing will not be honored and will be clients responsibility must be completed with in 30days fron the day of sale.Customer must contact service dept to set up appointment make arrangements to drop off the vehicle and once is ready service department will call to notify.The Final review explains the process that client must take in order to finalize the docs ,also you will find the limited warranty Included you will receive invoices for the only visits client has showed dated *** for a oil change that did not need and final was on *** for a Cracked Radiator and as you can see since the fist visit *** and *** we did not charge the client even though it was past the days per the We OweIf this client had such an issue why has this client not arrenged any further visitson *** ** we were notified The client was involved in an accident and *** was going to sent the uit to be repaired at a different facility , and as you see if the facility did anything to the engine ,transmission or a/c will void warranty per documentationClient continues to drive the unit and the real reason she was affraid of the vehicle was after she had an accidentPLease review the contract signed and accepted by clients
