After several isuues on this client , she did purchase the unit on the date 06/10/After test driving she plaace issues on the WE OWE as Revdex.com is familiar with our policiesAttached is the invoices on which we have resolvre he issues on the date of 06/15/
Days after purchased unit was repaired per WE OWE on invoce *** We provided an appointment for the 25th for the remainder as 1-58- on 06/25/completing the WE OWETOday Client came in today 06/26/for shaking , in which as you can see was not in WE OWE, spending over on parts that we not in contract or did not mentioned ,So as a courtesy there will be not charge to her.However, Client did signed the contract but yet did not show up for the closing (To review and explain the contract nor clienet has provided the proof of full coverage as stated on the contract as you can see the company has gone all out of the way to resolve this issueCLient needs to come in for closing & bring the proof of full coverage for the vehicle as contractOnce this to cover tierods and alingment that was not under the WE OWE will be provided as a courtesy, this will complete all her complaints and moreShe is not familiar with case since she did not show for the closingPlease have Client submit documentation of full coverage per contract and to con to underwriting to final the closingCorporate Division

Regards, This company is very dishonestAs I said before, this is the third transmission being put in this vehicleFirst time was covered under warrantyThe second time, I did not want to take the chances , having to be charged 1,with a purchase of year warranty that was sold to us just to months agoThis company told me that this was a rebuilt transmission How can that happen? has a test driven at the time of sale plus they do a walkaround before signing docs.  once this is completed then the underwriter explains terms and conditions.

A contractual obligation still remains, After 1 yr of no payment and free vehicle with out payment the contract was violated, per contractual agreement will stay the same. HPD is recovery status of the unit that you are liable for since the contract signature and your responsibility to notify any changes or issues that were never done.
We Don't have the unit and has not yet been recovered, we can possibly reconsider once vehicle is recovered and we can actualized the cost of damages if vehicle is found. We will continue to wait for the HPD results before any decisions are made.

In the following, case for the repairs ,company decided since the diagnostic was found other damages that were , electrical and not transmission parts there was a charge on the account  560.00 due to internal parts that contained electrical issues that were not under warranty, Client did pick up unit and signed off the document upon pick up accepting the charges. The total for the transmission repair was 1635.00 and as a courtesy we charge 1/2 of the cost.since she was completely out of contract. and pick up.

Thank you for the prompt response in regards to this issue. 
Alegria Clearly understands the issue that was brought up on the 210.00 withdrawn from the account for the contract obligation signed and accepted by your person. As adults we all clearly see that your intentions was to return the vehicle ,with the clear knowledge that warranty does not cover brakes per your admittance in the recording and had the wrong address as well. The vehicle was picked up up and we did received he recording by it clearly shows you intentions were not to have the vehicle repaired but to breach contract . Breach of this contract is a serious issue specially on cases like this that either there warranty ran out and don't want to pay to maintain on the unit , or find some reason to have the vehicle towed in to either  provide services or abandonment vehicle. 
So ,IF we repair the vehicle are you going to pay all the past due balance? Based, on the conversation you are avoiding the main question in regards to the contract obligation.I  If you would like to return the unit you must come in and sign the vounliuntarrty surrender document before any refunds are returned. 
Please schedule a day to which come in and sign the voluntary surrender

  Dear Revdex.com I don't accept this because my report was made long before my accident and for that to be spoken upon is foul because they asked for all the accident info as if it was required but they used that in this report which was irrelevant
I've made many steps to get issues resolved but the service center never properly make repairs furthermore when they changed the radiator they didn't bolt it back down they are very unprofessional

According to our records this vehicle was purchased on 03/27/2012, as it shows on the original statement as you file the complaint and clearly states 1 year warranty for Engine ,Transmission and A/c no electrical...

included.According to our records we have rebuilt the transmission on 04/18/13 and we have the 1 year from there as well ,anything there after will not be covered as per the contractual agreement with the added statement that loaners are not provided to any clients that are out of warranty with or without insurance and if the loaners are available at that time. The Contract clearly states that loaners are not an obligation to provide is a courtesy only.  I truly apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you but we have to follow policies and procedures and per contractual agreement. If there is any type of questions please review the contractual agreement to have any question answered

As you can see the vehicle Transmission warranty was out as of 1 year from the date that was rebuilt as it shows on the above date.
All other issues such as brake ,suspension, tires alternators, starters, or any and all maintenance considered issues are not covered under warranty
 We have offered other options of a trade in but if you choose not to take the offer is you right to decline the offer. As a courtesy, since we all do know the vehicle sold in our dealership are used vehicles and not new ones and even if it was a new vehicle can still have issues as well , and even bigger dealership don't even provide any alternatives except for the client to go on there own and find a rental at there own expense.

unauthorized charges.As we investigated to see what happened with the funds, the funds were with drawn [redacted] for 215.00 was authorized. We asked the client per contract to please send a written addressed letter to the dealer with in 10 days prior to payment to remove any credit cards from the system. Please review the contract signed by [redacted]. No form of documents was ever received to remove any info from client.Thank you Alegria Auto
