To whom it may concern: I am writing to you about complaint Mrs [redacted] complains that a warranty was added to her car deal and charged to her yet did not affect her paymentI spoke with both Finance Managers that spoke with Ms [redacted] and she is right they were able to create a package deal with the lender that included GAP and a Warranty and were able to keep her at the same paymentWhen the first Finance manager talked to her about the great offer that he was able to secure for her he wanted to express to her that she was getting more and paying the same; so he used the word “gift” to describe the scenarioIt became obvious afterwards that Ms [redacted] mistook the phrase to mean freeAdditionally, just to make sure that the issue wasn’t that the Finance Manager was explaining things incorrectly we had a senior Finance manager look at the deal and the offerBoth times Ms [redacted] was given the opportunity to decline the added value to the dealShe was told repeatedly that the offer was a package deal with the lender Either way she paid the same money that she had agreed to prior to talking with the Finance managerWe have spoken with the Finance manager to make sure he is aware that he may need to explain added value differently in the futureWe assured him that going above and beyond for the client and trying to get them more value is still an acceptable way of doing his jobAs to Ms [redacted] she was given every opportunity to cancel and revert back to the version of the deal that did not include the additional value We thank you for the opportunity to explain the situation; we hope that our lenders continue to provide packages that let us give more to our customers than we originally thought we could [redacted] Operations Director Alfa Romeo Fiat of Fort Worth

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Regards, [redacted] Thank you for replying to my complaint, but I was told that no one from Chrysler came out to look at mine or the other cars that were in for service at the same time as mine I think myself as the owner of the vehicle should have been there to speak to the representative from Chrysler if someone in fact came to look at the carsSince I wasn't there I don't actually know if anyone came or not As for the pre-owned cars you have, I think I would prefer to have a " New " vehicle not pre- owned since I purchased a new one If I was to receive a car from Fiat I think it should be a new model with the new transmission, not the one that's in models that has and is giving me problems I also think my payments and remaining balance should stay the same I shouldn't have to be the one to get stuck with a car with a bad transmission or whatever else may be wrong with it I bought the car new not being told the models had bad transmissions in them Just do the right thing by me and replace my car with a model the same as mine.Thank You, [redacted] ***

While I still feel that Hilt fiat is partially responsible for the damage to my vehicle, I hope that they refrain their staff to check fluid levels of they notice a leak instead of "assuming" that it will be okay until the next oil change. who was the gentleman that you signed the contracts withSo if you need any assistance with going over the contracts they are more than capable of helping you understand it in Spanish if you needYou can also contact your sales consultant whom is also bilingualBoth our service advisor and Service and Parts Director are bilingual as well for when you need service on your vehicleWe make every effort to assist you the customer feel secure by providing access to Spanish speaking personnel in every customer facing department!I cannot give specific details about vehicle deals on a public forumHowever, I did speak with our Finance Director about this complaint and he explained that there was discussion on the down payment and that you were trying to come up with one sum but had to settle for a different sumOur Finance manager made sure that you understood; that you had signed a contract for the promised down payment and one for the down payment that you had available at the timeHe let you have several days with the vehicle in your possession to acquire and bring us the promised sum before he had to submit the secondary contract.Additionally, we have been able to speak to the lender that you contracted with concerning the vehicleWe explained the situation so that they were aware of all the same things detailed here (details were disclosed to them un-like this forum)Should you wish to proceed in getting rid of the vehicle you can come in and trade the vehicle in; understanding that we would have to treat this like any other vehicle purchase.
