While I still feel that Hilt fiat is partially responsible for the damage to my vehicle, I hope that they refrain their staff to check fluid levels of they notice a leak instead of "assuming" that it will be okay until the next oil change.

To whom it may concern: I am writing to you about complaint 12676718. Mrs. [redacted] complains that a warranty was added to her car deal and charged to her yet did not affect her payment. I spoke with both Finance Managers that spoke with Ms. [redacted] and she is right they were able to create a package deal...

with the lender that included GAP and a Warranty and were able to keep her at the same payment. When the first Finance manager talked to her about the great offer that he was able to secure for her he wanted to express to her that she was getting more and paying the same; so he used the word “gift” to describe the scenario. It became obvious afterwards that Ms. [redacted] mistook the phrase to mean free. Additionally, just to make sure that the issue wasn’t that the Finance Manager was explaining things incorrectly we had a senior Finance manager look at the deal and the offer. Both times Ms. [redacted] was given the opportunity to decline the added value to the deal. She was told repeatedly that the offer was a package deal with the lender.  Either way she paid the same money that she had agreed to prior to talking with the Finance manager. We have spoken with the Finance manager to make sure he is aware that he may need to explain added value differently in the future. We assured him that going above and beyond for the client and trying to get them more value is still an acceptable way of doing his job. As to Ms. [redacted] she was given every opportunity to cancel and revert back to the version of the deal that did not include the additional value.  We thank you for the opportunity to explain the situation; we hope that our lenders continue to provide packages that let us give more to our customers than we originally thought we could.

through Ally (bank) along with gave holt fiat to pull my credit. When I checked my credit just a week ago it is showing that Holt fiat send my information to four other companies for a auto loan. Which has dropped my credit score. I have try to contact the young lady that was assist me with complaint I submitted to Revdex.com in regards of this issue but I am not getting a response. I have also disputed the credit pulls with the credit agencies. I would like for the four addition credit pull that I did not authorized to be take off my credit.

[redacted] I called [redacted] 4 times. I reached her on the 4th try today. She had no details of why I was calling; so, I explained the issues. She tried to reach the same guy, [redacted] in the service department, I've been trying to contact for 2 weeks. She said that he said that he believed that he had some rental cars available. I told her my cell phone where she could text me because she obviously rarely checks her voicemail. She said he would contact me. That's what he told me two weeks ago. Nothing has changed.

Thank you for replying to my complaint, but I was told that no one from Chrysler came out to look at mine or the other cars that were in for service at the same time as mine.  I think myself as the owner of the vehicle should have been there to speak to the representative from Chrysler if someone in fact came to look at the cars. Since I wasn't there I don't actually know if anyone came or not.  As for the pre-owned cars you have, I think I would prefer to have a " New " vehicle not pre- owned since I purchased a new one.  If I was to receive a car from Fiat I think it should be a new 2015 model with the new transmission, not the one that's in 2014 models that has and is giving me problems.  I also think my payments and remaining balance should stay the same.  I shouldn't have to be the one to get stuck with a car with a bad transmission or whatever else may be wrong with it.  I bought the car new not being told the 2014 models had bad transmissions in them.  Just do the right thing by me and replace my car with a 2015 model the same as mine.Thank You,[redacted]

Also, I had to sign paperwork two more times after the initial signing, the third time I had to come all the way from Oklahoma where I was opening a new store for my employer.  In comparing the paperwork, I was being charged for the special features of a car I was NOT getting.  How is this ok to just lie and try to charge me for something I am not getting?  IF I HAD LIED, I WOULD BE PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DON'T HAVE AND NEVER BE THE WISER!
