The credit app that we have consumers sign does not limit the amount of banks we are able to submit the car deals with. Three to five is normal. We are always trying to find the best car deal possible for the buyer. We did nothing wrong here

I feel like the company is running a scam. When I 1st received a certified letter from the company stating I did not pay the down payment I immediately called and left a message. I still have yet to receive a call back. The kind of business that is being run at The Holt Fiat of Fort Worth is very unprofessional and unorganized. I make my car payments before the due date. So I wouldn't run into a situation like this but that does not seem to matter. I am 5 months pregnant with a high risk pregnancy and getting a letter stating there will be a warrant out for my arrest for not only paying $1500 but to pay additional $1605 did not make the situation better. I feel like I should be compensated up to $1500 towards my car note for the company's "mix up". I have done my part in paying what the dealership has asked from me. I would like a copy of what was sent to the DA.

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.The response from the Holt Fiat dealership is incorrect, they did not check my credit with various lenders. What they did was apply for a loan from at least three different banks. This was not done with my permission nor my knowledge. There is accepted protocol for checking a person's credit worthiness. Unfortunately, Holt Fiat pursued an unethical method of checking credit. They made applications using bogus loan terms with the full knowledge that any bank would not accept the terms. These bogus loan applications resulted in the financial institution reject the unauthorized loan application, thereby jeopardizing my credit rating. This was clearly a sleazy method. [redacted]

We are terribly sorry about the perceived feelings you have towards your purchase, unfortunately when your co-signer could not produce the required documents proving his income, the lender could not honor their approval. This changes the deal completely, so we have to start over with the lender on...

receiving another approval with accurate provable information.  You are a valued customer, and our apologies go out to you for feeling this way, unfortunately the lender stipulates the amount of money down in your situation, and is a prerequisite of your agreement with the lender on that specific vehicle. Revdex.com:With the loan application that was provided, it was provided for Ally Bank. No additional 3rd party application was provided to allow several pulls. No where on the application for Ally Bank did it mention numerous pulls to get the best deal.Now I know this is againt fair lending practices and if I need to take reprocussion of not being with fair lending practices then I will seek legal action against Holt Fiat in regards of unfair lending practices by not providing the additional 3rd party pulls either by verbal or written.By law, it is required to provide a written statement for additional 3rd party pulls before the pull takes place.
