Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: as mentioned previously this "company" only provides service for PC computers NOT [redacted] The representative from this company completely scammed me, if this was a legitimate company they would have never contacted me to begin with since they don't fix the type of computer I ownThere was nothing wrong with my computer to begin with, I received a solicitation online and since this is my first time owning a computer I thought it was legitimateAgain, my computer is a [redacted] ***, which this company doesn't even provide service for I'm requesting again, that my payment be fully refunded to me since this company doesn't work on [redacted] computers and my computer had absolutely no problems to begin with, in fact it started having issues after these people accessed my computerI've taken my computer to an [redacted] store for a complete restore since I'm confident this fake company might have compromised my personal information for criminal gain [redacted] This is their scam website Sincerely, [redacted]

I had just brought home a new computer from Microsoft and was installing my e-mail location when I received an on-screen warning about the "Zeus Virus" and a telephone number to call All was in the Microsoft colors, etc., and referred to 'secured PC office.' I called and was assured that this was part of the Microsoft company With out further thought, I agreed to purchasing a contract to 'make my computer secure.' The next day I went into the NYC Microsoft store and discovered this was a fraud - Microsoft does not act in this manner I immediately contacted my credit card company, the Revdex.com in Hawaii where the company is located, the FBI office that deals with computer fraud and the New York Attorney General's Office about the fraudulent claims and bogus contractDon't get taken in by these low lifes

Thanks for the complaint notificationWith regards to this case, we went ahead and carried out a thorough internal investigationWe have a dedicated compliance team who shared their findings with usWe would like to inform you that no misconduct whatsoever was found from the tech's end.We would like to inform Mr [redacted] , he was never charged $350, and the only transaction (Pre-Authorized} made on his card was $Mr [redacted] initially agreed for One Year Technical Services costing $for one computing Device, however at the end of the conversion one of our executive informed customer about [redacted] ***, in which he can get support far Computing Devices by just paying extra $50.01, to which customer agreedHence a copy of contract was provided to the customer stating that he has a [redacted] costing $(thlsdoesn't mean that he was charged $350, the contract indicates that tltis is what cuswmer hasagreed and would lie paying).Ideally we should have charged the customers' card for $350, however being customer centric company we informed Mr [redacted] that, right now we would be pre-authorizing $on his card (i.eMoney is still with the customers' Bank not with Alfred L Oga LLC}, We informed Mr [redacted] , that one of our executive would be doing a follow up next day and iihe is satisfiedwith our service than only he would be charged for $3SO(i.e [redacted] ***)We kept our words and only $was pre-authorize not $350, we tried contacting Mr [redacted] via phone in order to take the final confirmation before withdrawing the money, however we couldn't reach himHence not even a single Dollar was taken out from the customers' accountWe would like to inform Mr [redacted] , Alfred L Oga LLC is not a scam company, if we wouldthan we would have withdrawn the money on the very same day.As mentioned by Mr [redacted] that he contacted us via email on 8th of August( .eafter days our Technician worked on his computer} stating that he would like to cancel our service and would like to get the refund for $299.99, however he didn't provided any valid reason for the cancellationAs we mentioned earlier we're a customer centric company we still offered $1SO refund to the customer, however to which customer never responded ba,:k to usWe tried contacthim via phone, however there was no response from himflence no monev was withdrawn from thecustomers' accou nt.We totally understand that sometime decision made on a real time situation may get wrong or customers' may need to consult someone else but that person might not be available at that very same time to discuss, however they need to get there computer fixed but they are stuck, we atAlfred L Oga LLC don't take advantage of such situation, that's why we provide this ease to all our customers' that we would be fixing there computer issue, however we would be pre-authorizing the charge and they can let us know the preferred date and time in which they would like us to withdraw the money once they are completely satisfied with the service provided by Alfred L Oga LLC.We are working on customer experience-based selling modelIf a call landed in Alfred L Oga LLC, despite the mode of acquisition, it only means that customer is seekin1:support, and support is provided by Alfred l Oga LLC because we are skilled and efficient enough to help our customerAlfred LOga LLC has gone through a lot, it has best people from the industry now
