Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowEven if I accepted the $for the service call, which I do not, hedid not earn the money I identified the damaged part upon his arrival and showed him the problem He did not have to do any work to accomplish this He took a deposit contingent on supplying and installing he part He never did so He never contacted me after the initial visit All contact was made by and initiated by meThere was no follow up on his part at any time He offered to return my money on one of our several telephone conversations, but never bothered to do so He no longer even answers his telephone All he has done since I gave him money is ignore me and make excuses I feel I deserve a full refund Regards, [redacted] ***

Do NOT CALL THIS GUY!!! He has no problem responding the first visit but if he has to come out with a part then you will probably never hear or see from himWhen he came out for the initial call, he was very nice however, when he pulled up and out on the top oven door he broke the handle completely off the doorHe did say that he was not going to charge us for the replacement but he explained he had to order it and it would take a few daysAs for the Ferror repair he had to also order a thermostat on the top ovenI believe in giving people the benefit of doubt when several days later I had not heard from himI texted and called and he told me that his truck broke down and he was having to repair itOkay....no problem I understandThen we scheduled for him to come out this past FridayNo wordI texted him again when he was coming out, he called me and said that he had to rent a car and was doing his service calls with this vehicle and he will try to make it Monday around noon heard nothingThen I called him that evening he said that he would be out between 10:to 11:he then texted back saying it was going to be 12:but 1:came around no MrC [redacted] I then have had enoughI called him back said that I have been without an oven for over a week and we need to get this done he said that he was on his way cause an earlier job was taking longer then expectedIt is now after 1:and I am a bit miffedI am sure I will be adding more to this review later but I highly do not recommend this guy unless you like run arounds and no shows

On 10.6.2017, MrKim C [redacted] arrived at my home to diagnose a problem with my refrigerator( it would not stay cold) During the initial conversation MrC [redacted] explained that the service call was $ [redacted] and it would be applied to any service needed if we decided to get the service doneHe quoted us [redacted] for repairs, we agreed and the payment was paid in full prior to the work being doneMrKim asked me to keep an eye on the temperature and give him a call if the temp start decreasingOn 10.10.17, called to inform MrC [redacted] the temp had fallen again he returned stating the leak was major and he would put more stop leak in it to hold us until the part came inFrom this date until phone calls were made between MrC [redacted] and myself concerning the part ordered and the refrigeratorMrC [redacted] never gave us a date as to when the part would arrive and basically stated get a new refrigeratorOn we purchased a new oneSeveral phone calls were made to Mr

Said he would come on Monday morning and then did not show up, said he would be here Tuesday at am did not show up, husband talked to him, Jim is full of excuses of why he can't come and why he can't call backHusband said to him that he has giving us the run around and he got angry saying it was just a warranty call from a service center and he does not have to do it...say WHAT, I am a self employed woman and I would never treat my clients that way, it is unbelievable I would give him a 1/star because he did make initial contact

We were happy with the service we received both times we had called to repair two broken items on our refrigeratorHe came when he promised and repaired both items promptlyWe would recommend him to our friends and family and will call him again if we need to

MrKim C [redacted] of All Affordable Repair Services was called to fix my refrigerator He was given the specs of my refrigerator over the phone First, he arrived at my home hours late with the wrong "mother" board for my refrigerator He told me he had to go home to get the correct board He took the "mother" board that was in my refrigerator with him He didn't return to my home until 8:p.mthat night At that time the "mother" board that he brought didn't work either He explained to me that a control panel inside of my refrigerator was also broken and that he could have that for me the next day He told me he needed a Good Faith deposit of $(which he explained would either go toward the total cost of the repair or he would refund me $if he could not repair my refrigerator) The next morning, I noticed MrC [redacted] had cashed my check He did come to my house that afternoon with a "mother" board and control panel Both appeared used (the control panel box was op

Unprofessional and dishonestTook my $ [redacted] and left me with a broken dryer and unfinished duct workWhen trying to determine if and when he could complete the job received multiple excuses and a bad attitudeDisappointed and robbed..avoid this scam

On March 20, my refrigerator failed to restart after a power outageI contact All Affordable Appliance Service to make the repairThe repairman came out that day and replace a boardApparently the board was defective and although the freezer is working, the ice maker and water dispenser are not workingIt's been two months and the defective board has not been replacedI made several attempts to resolve the situation All Affordable notified me on 4/20/the new board was in and I have made numerous attempts to schedule a repair time only to have my requests disregarded and no appointment is made Dates of contact: March 20, 2018, March 22, appointment was made but repairman failed to show, April scheduled another appointment for April was told a new board would be ordered, April I inquired when board would be in and repair made, April I inquired when repair would be made, April I was told new board was in and they could come out May or May I att

All Affordable Repair Services was quick to respond and our washing machine was competently repaired in a timely fashionWe are happy with the service

The business stated to the Revdex.com that an appointment was set up with the customer's boyfriend to come out after P.M on July 11, to service the unit

I wish I had never called this personI called him to come out and look at my refrigeratorHe came out on 6/2/He told me I needed a new compressor and quoted me At that time I didn't want to spend the money on the fridgeI paid the service charge and asked him if I changed my mind would the service charge still be put towards the repairs and he said yesThat evening after my roommate and husband came home we decided to go a head with the repairSo I called him back and he said he would call me the next day to let me know when he could come out I texted him the next day and he called back and said he would come out on Tuesday the 7th in the morningThat morning I called to confirm and he said he would come out still but it would have to wait till after and before He never showed upAt 2:he texted me and said he would call me shortlyHe never calledAround I tried to call him again and no answerHe then texted me and said he had a family emergency and he would come between and on Thursday the 9thI texted him again Thursday morning and he said he would be here at 9:He never came and called to tell me had to get nitrogen and would be here in an hourI have not heard from him nor has he come since thenI have called him several times and texted himNo responseI just read a recent review on here and the response that he had to the customer is rude and I have a feeling he is going to post a rude comment to mine as wellI may have called this guy more than he would like, but when you constantly are a no show it is horrible customer service and super frustratingI have been nothing but nice to Kim, my only message to him after waiting for the second day for him to show up was "Are you going to blow me off again?" to which I have not had a responseSo basically the $dollars is gone and I have to pay someone else to come out againI wish I had never called this person and if I had seen the bad review that was recently posted I never would haveI hope that I save someone from the horrible customer service I have receivedI have never been stood up in my life by anybody in the service fieldAnd since Kim wants to state that anyone can just leave a review and not be truthfulI have all my calls and text messages as proof if anyone wants to e-mail me [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke with Mr [redacted] from the businessHe stated that $of the $deposit for this work was the service chargeThis charge is non refundable- it covers the trip charge, labor at home to determine the part neededThe additional $covers the labor to find the part the customer needed At the time the customer found the issue the Samsung part was no longer availableThe business, as a goodwill gesture will refund the customer $This is the additional cost paid to cover the time and labor to locate the part, the $service charge is non-refundable

I used this company in to repaired a couple of appliances for me I pay for everything up front their employee show up on timeI was pleased with the work however I had to call to finish the processI call this August with the same problem I needed a handle replaced on my MicrowaveI talked with someone at the company that had a copy of the Work Order for I was given a service date of Wed- no one showed up I wasn't given a call whyI called several days later the same person answered the phone he apologized for missing the service appointment however I wasn't given a reason whyI was told that I would be call back with another service date adding the comment "if I can find someone coming over that way." On Wednesday February I called the “Affordable Appliance Services, *** ***” regarding a problem I had with my refrigerator I was told that somebody will be at my place between and pm the same day Indeed a gentleman by the name Kim C*** came to my home, checked the refrigerator and told me that he needed to replace or parts, which he would get the next day I was told that the return visit would be between and pm and he would give me a call before noon the next day to be more specific about the time of his return He asked me for a check of $ **, which I did give it to him It needs to be mentioned that in his web site the cost of the home visit was mentioned as $** The gentleman failed to return the next day I placed calls to his answering service, however, he never called me backIn the meantime consultation with another source suggested just a simple defrosting of the refrigerator prior to any other intervention, something that I did a
