On 10.6.2017, MrKim C*** arrived at my home to diagnose a problem with my refrigerator( it would not stay cold) During the initial conversation MrC*** explained that the service call was $*** and it would be applied to any service needed if we decided to get the service doneHe quoted us *** for repairs, we agreed and the payment was paid in full prior to the work being doneMrKim asked me to keep an eye on the temperature and give him a call if the temp start decreasingOn 10.10.17, called to inform MrC*** the temp had fallen again he returned stating the leak was major and he would put more stop leak in it to hold us until the part came inFrom this date until phone calls were made between MrC*** and myself concerning the part ordered and the refrigeratorMrC*** never gave us a date as to when the part would arrive and basically stated get a new refrigeratorOn we purchased a new oneSeveral phone calls were made to Mr

I used this company in to repaired a couple of appliances for me I pay for everything up front their employee show up on timeI was pleased with the work however I had to call to finish the processI call this August with the same problem I needed a handle replaced on my MicrowaveI talked with someone at the company that had a copy of the Work Order for I was given a service date of Wed- no one showed up I wasn't given a call whyI called several days later the same person answered the phone he apologized for missing the service appointment however I wasn't given a reason whyI was told that I would be call back with another service date adding the comment "if I can find someone coming over that way." I am filing this complaint more a week later I haven't received a call

Bad attitude and poor customer service , did I say poor customer service, I have no words for the real thing right nowRUN DO NOT CONTACT!!!
Said he would come on Monday morning and then did not show up, said he would be here Tuesday at am did not show up, husband talked to him, Jim is full of excuses of why he can't come and why he can't call backHusband said to him that he has giving us the run around and he got angry saying it was just a warranty call from a service center and he does not have to do it...say WHAT, I am a self employed woman and I would never treat my clients that way, it is unbelievable
I would give him a 1/star because he did make initial contact

We were happy with the service we received both times we had called to repair two broken items on our refrigerator. He came when he promised and repaired both items promptly.
We would recommend him to our friends and family and will call him again if we need to.

I accept this offer with the condition that the $[redacted] refund is remitted within 7 business days. Thank you.

I wish I had never called this person. I called him to come out and look at my refrigerator. He came out on 6/2/16. He told me I needed a new compressor and quoted me 400. At that time I didn't want to spend the money on the fridge. I paid the service charge and asked him if I changed my mind would the service charge still be put towards the repairs and he said yes. That evening after my roommate and husband came home we decided to go a head with the repair. So I called him back and he said he would call me the next day to let me know when he could come out. I texted him the next day and he called back and said he would come out on Tuesday the 7th in the morning. That morning I called to confirm and he said he would come out still but it would have to wait till after 12 and before 2. He never showed up. At 2:15 he texted me and said he would call me shortly. He never called. Around 4 I tried to call him again and no answer. He then texted me and said he had a family emergency and he would come between 830 and 9 on Thursday the 9th. I texted him again Thursday morning and he said he would be here at 9:30. He never came and called to tell me had to get nitrogen and would be here in an hour. I have not heard from him nor has he come since then. I have called him several times and texted him. No response. I just read a recent review on here and the response that he had to the customer is rude and I have a feeling he is going to post a rude comment to mine as well. I may have called this guy more than he would like, but when you constantly are a no show it is horrible customer service and super frustrating. I have been nothing but nice to Kim, my only message to him after waiting for the second day for him to show up was "Are you going to blow me off again?" to which I have not had a response. So basically the $71 dollars is gone and I have to pay someone else to come out again. I wish I had never called this person and if I had seen the bad review that was recently posted I never would have. I hope that I save someone from the horrible customer service I have received. I have never been stood up in my life by anybody in the service field. And since Kim wants to state that anyone can just leave a review and not be truthful. I have all my calls and text messages as proof if anyone wants to e-mail me. [redacted]

Even if I accepted the $69 for the service call, which I do not, he. did not earn the money.  I identified the damaged part upon his arrival and showed him the problem.  He did not have to do any work to accomplish this.  He took a deposit contingent on supplying and installing he part.  He never did so.  He never contacted me after the initial visit.  All contact was made by and initiated by me. There was no follow up on his part at any time.  He offered to return my money on one of our several telephone conversations, but never bothered to do so.  He no longer even answers his telephone.  All he has done since I gave him money is ignore me and make excuses.  I feel I deserve a full refund.

Revdex.com spoke with Mr. [redacted] from the business. He stated that $69 of the $100 deposit for this work was the service charge. This charge is non refundable- it covers the trip charge, labor at home to determine the part needed. The additional $31 covers the labor to find the part the customer needed....

At the time the customer found the issue the Samsung part was no longer available. The business, as a goodwill gesture will refund the customer $31. This is the additional cost paid to cover the time and labor to locate the part, the $69 service charge is non-refundable.

Called the business and spoke with Mr. C[redacted]. He stated that the original quote was $[redacted] but he discounted that amount the help Ms. [redacted] out. The work was reduced to $[redacted] that covered a used motor and duct work behind the dryer. Mr. C[redacted] stated that he found a new motor and paid $** out of his...

pocket. Mr. C[redacted] stated that the new motor was installed and in doing so he noticed a huge hole in the floor were the hose goes under the house. He sprayed foam spray in the hole to seal it at no cost to Ms. [redacted]. Mr. C[redacted] stated a will blower was installed. He couldn't push the dryer but so far back because it was to big for the area that the dry was placed. If the dry is pushed back to far it would crimp the hose and blow the motor again. Mr. C[redacted] stated he received a call from Ms. [redacted] and he stated that the timer needed to be replaced. He purchased a timer to install in the dryer costing him $[redacted] out of his pocket and no cost to Ms. [redacted]. When he attempted to come install the timer Ms. [redacted] refused the installation. Mr. C[redacted] stated that the duct work was completed on the back of the dry as he quoted her for but not under neath of the house. He stated he was trying to help get the issue fixed because it was a bad install from the originator installer. Mr. C[redacted] stated no further work will be completed but he will issue a refund of $[redacted].

Review: Mr. Kim C[redacted] of All Affordable Repair Services was called to fix my refrigerator. He was given the specs of my refrigerator over the phone. First, he arrived at my home 4 hours late with the wrong "mother" board for my refrigerator. He told me he had to go home to get the correct board. He took the "mother" board that was in my refrigerator with him. He didn't return to my home until 8:30 p.m. that night. At that time the "mother" board that he brought didn't work either. He explained to me that a control panel inside of my refrigerator was also broken and that he could have that for me the next day. He told me he needed a Good Faith deposit of $140 (which he explained would either go toward the total cost of the repair or he would refund me $70 if he could not repair my refrigerator). The next morning, I noticed Mr. C[redacted] had cashed my check. He did come to my house that afternoon with a "mother" board and control panel. Both appeared used (the control panel box was open w/ no instructions). He tested my refrigerator w/ what he said was new parts. The refrigerator came on and presented a code that Mr. C[redacted] couldn't figure out. So he told me I needed to get a new refrigerator. I asked him for my $70 refund and my "mother" board. Both of course he did not have. He said he had to go home to get my "mother" board and the refund. He also said that he would be back after 7 p.m. to pay me my refund and put my "mother" board back in my refrigerator. Needless to say, he never came back and he will not answer nor return my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like my $70 refund and the "mother" board to my refrigerator. I would also like to notify anyone considering using All Affordable Repair Services to beware. Proceed with caution.

All Affordable Repair Services was quick to respond and our washing machine was competently repaired in a timely fashion. We are happy with the service.

Review: Business owner serviced our Sub-Zero fridge, which was not cooling on the freezer side. He said that we needed a new compressor (this model has 2 compressors, 1 for each side) & since the fridge was over 20 years old he offered to replace both compressors at a slight discount & we agreed. This included changing from R12 to the new refrigerant, & blowing out the lines so that the old R12 wouldn't contaminate the system. He said that he had to order the parts, & came back to install them 2-3 days later. Both sides seemed to be cooling, He said that all was well, & we paid him in full (later we learned that he knew that he would have to come back at a later date to adjust the refrigerant). The next day, it started making horrible banging noises, as though it might explode! We turned it off & called the owner. As always, he put our return call at the end of his priority queue, & did not show up for another 2-3 days. When he finally did arrive, he saw that he had not properly mounted the new compressors, & that they were banging around. He apparently fixed this problem, as the noise went away, & this time stated that he would have to come back to top off the refrigerant after it had run for 12-24 hrs. He again said that he would TRY to get back in a few days, as he had "emergency" customers ahead of us. The next day, we noticed that the fridge side was cold but that the freezer side was room temperature! We called, & he again came out in a couple of days, topped off the fridge-side refrigerant, & said that the freezer side had a blockage that needed to be blown out (& the new compressor might be bad) & that he would be back that Thu to fix it. He didn't come or call, & ignored our many calls until Fri afternoon. He THEN said he would come Mon morning. It is now the NEXT Fri. We haven't seen him in 10 days nor heard from him in a week. He doesn't respond to our calls/msgs. We've called another repairman, and will be suing for the additional charges!!!Desired Settlement: To make sure that anyone who considers using this guy knows full well what he has done to at least one previous customer!!!

Kim C[redacted]. the owner of All Affordable Appliance Services, has refunded in full the fees we paid for the most recent work in question (i.e. $1000.00). While I do not believe that this even nearly compensates me for the damage done to my refrigerator, I have agreed to accept this as a settlement in full, in order to avoid further time spent in litigation (per my wife's advice...).

Review: We made the mistake of hiring [redacted] (if that is his real name) to fix our dryer. He charged us $241. Although it worked briefly when he ran it, shortly after he left it immediately began malfunctioning and is now not operational. We called him immediately and he said he'd be back. He never showed up. Now when we call his number he does not answer and his mailbox is full. Of course, he immediately cashed the check. We think he is a fraud and I now have found another review that suggests just that. That reviewer stated that he filed a Revdex.com complaint. I wonder why it doesn't show up when you search the company?Desired Settlement: Full amount refunded immediately. We will have someone else repair.

His story is not really accurate. He came, cashed the check, didn't show up the day after we called him to say that the dryer was not fixed. He then was impossible to reach because his mailbox was full. There is still something sneaky going on as the address he advertises by is NOT a business. To be honest, I can't remember the details at this point, and he did eventually come back and made it work. However, I am fairly certain that after two no-shows to make it right, my call to him (insulting? yelling?) advising him that I am an attorney and would, in fact, pursue him if he failed to show a third time, finally did the trick. We can drop this at this point but I advise keeping an eye on this guy. Something is not right here.

Review: We needed to replace a part on our refrigerator. Mr. [redacted] came by and verified the problem and said he had to order the part. He required a deposit of $100 of the total of $189 to order the part. We did not hear back from him for a long time, so I called. He said he could not find the part. I asked him to try again, and if the part could not be found to return the money. Again, we did not hear from him. I called two more times and requested the part with repair completion or return of the money. He said he would try again and get back to me. It never happened. The original date was June 11, 2015. It is now February 4, 2016. His phone answers but the voice mailbox is full, so I cannot reach him. I have had to replace the refrigerator and my patients has run out. I want my deposit back.Desired Settlement: I just want my deposit back. He did nothing to earn the money
