"We called "" because an outside spigot was leaking between the outside brickwork and seal We noticed this leak when we first turned on the water supply to this spigot this spring "All American" had previously replaced this faucet and part of a leaking copper supply line (located in a basement bathroom interior wall) earlier last summerA service call was quickly scheduled and just as important, on the day the work was to be done, "All American" kept us informed as to the technician's arrival time Fortunately for us, that service plumber was MrBert R***!
Bert patiently listened to our concerns while we also showed him "before-during-after" photographs of the work previously done He quickly identified the problem and told us that repairs would take an estimated 1-hours, including having to cut a new hole in the bathroom wall in order to both access and reroute the line correctly He also told us that ALL costs would be covered under All American's repair warranty guarantee!
Bert did a SUPERB job! THANK YOU!

I originally called All American Plumbers/Freedom Plumbers to replace a garden hose bib and do a small repair on a copper water lineSylvester came out and gave a quote for that workIt was a little high and then I asked about replacing my gas water heaterHe quoted me a fair price on the water heater replacement (I had previously received quotes from others) and then offered to include the hose bib replacement and copper water line repair in the water heater replacement price
Sylvester was very professional and easy to work withThey worked quickly and did a great cleanup jobIf I need a plumber in the future, I know who I'll call

I was pleasantly surprised since I'm usually nervous about being taken for a ride with service company/workers yet after reading the reviews and receiving a recommendation from the plumbing and heating service with whom I contract, I took the leap of faith and scheduled with All American Plumbers for the drainage problem Already, my plumbing service had come out twice and it had become evident that it was time to call in the "big guns" for power washing or hydro-jetting our drainage lines Lukas and Sebastian snaked, hydro-jetted and tested the house pipes to make sure they were clear They didn't leave until they were confident that they were successful Lukas explained the whole process and answered my questions and I was never made to feel that I was asking dumb questionsTheir attitude was very respectful and professional I wouldn't hesitate to call upon them again
