They were able to schedule service almost immediately (within three hours), and the technician arrived on schedule and completed the work rapidly - no mess, no drama Good experience (as far as plumbing goes...)
All-American Plumbers were very professional and reasonably priced. Military discount was helpful as well. The technician described the work needed to be done, the process involved and the options available. We were pleased with the outcome and service.
The company installed a zoeller sump pump with battery backup on a Wednesday. the following Saturday the alarm sounded.. the led display indicated that the battery was uncharged. Apparently it was being used instead of the ac current. a tech came on saturday but was unfamiliar with the system. he could not identify what the status of the led indicators should be; by that time the battery was recharged, but the ac power indicator light was red. He did not know what it should be; I thought it should be green as the fully charged indicator light was. with no assurance I felt uncomfortable. early the next week I found out that a steady red light did indicate that the ac power was active. all of this could have been avoided if the installation tech had left me with user documentation concerning the led display and had given me an introduction to it before he left the job.
