I regret to inform you that I did not have a satisfactory experience with your company I hired your company to do two jobs for me1) Modernize the plumbing under the sink in my kitchen, and 2) Modernize the plumbing in my laundry room After four visits by three of your plumbers only one job had been completed satisfactorilyPlumber came on Monday, December 10th He was incompetent, sloppy, and surly When he had finished job 1, a vertical pipe he installed was clearly crooked by a few degrees He told me emphatically that it was perfectly straight He told me a sink drain was leaking Although it had not been leaking before he began his work, he said the leak was my responsibility, and that he would fix it for an additional $ He went through my house looking for additional items to fix; he told me a drain in my bathroom was clogged He turned his attention to job and began to do it in a way other than had been agreed upon When I pointed out his error, he changed course He mentioned several times that he had confused my job with another similar job He removed the drywall necessary to get at the pipes behind the wall, but just tore the drywall out, leaving a jagged mess rather than cutting it neatly When I asked him who would clean up his work, he replied, “That’s your problem, buddy.” He replaced the faucets that would feed water to the washing machine, placing one at an odd angle, clearly not parallel to the other He insisted that I had told him to place it that way When he connected the hoses that fed water to the washer, he neglected some important step, and water did not flow to the washer He spread his tools over the washer, leaving behind a few scratches and a lot of dirt He asked me to provide him a broom so he could clean up his mess By way of making conversation, he informed me he was a veteran, but took offense when I neglected to thank him for his serviceThe next morning I called your office to register my dissatisfaction Plumber came out, surveyed the work, expressed the opinion that it was a mess, and said you would schedule someone to fix it all Thursday morning we discovered that we could not wash our clothes I called your office once again Plumber came out and did what was necessary to allow water to flow into the washerOn the following Tuesday Plumber returned and reworked all the plumbing in the laundry room and cleaned up the holes in the drywall When he was finished, it all looked neat and functioned correctly I drew his attention to the kitchen work When I pointed out the crooked pipe under the sink, he agreed it was crooked, but said it was within the tolerance your company considers acceptable He said the sink drain was not leaking; this is the drain Pl*** had offered to fix for $
All American Plumbers was the only plumbing company of contacted to set an appointment for an estimate, arrive on time, explain their solution to the issue, offer options with written estimates and follon every step of the process The others did not have knowledgeable staff answering inquiries, didn't offer free-estimates or just didn't respond to the urgency of the situation to replace a sump pump before predicted heavy rain began again
All American Plumbers provided top-notch service from beginning to endFrom receiving a call back on a Sunday, to getting a next-day appointment, to the technician showing up on time (early even) at the beginning of my appointment window, to the technician providing superb service and thoroughly and fully eliminating our drainage problem - all of it was excellentA special note that Chris, the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions and taught me a lot in addition to providing great service in fixing the problemHands-down recommend

I had a great experience w/Freedom Plumbers Sylvester was very friendly and a joy to work with He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved the problem in no time The previous plumber did not fix the entire leak so I had to call another plumber which was Freedom I would recommend them
They didn't actually do work for us, but they came to assess the situation The agent was very friendly, professional, and helpful He gave me a good impression of the company
We used Freedom Plumbers on a stuck shower faucet CJ was our plumber He was very professional and personable He assessed the problem and gave us options on how to fix He explained what needed to be done and how He seemed very skilled and knowledgeable He did not waste time and he worked very efficiently It could have been a small fix or a big fix Luckily, it turned out to be a small fix He was able to replace the shower cartridge faucet which fixed the problem
The only negative was that CJ showed up at the end of the appointment window and we didn't know when he was going to show up But we were glad he did He did have to come back to fix the faucet but we also had to arrange to have the water shut off
We highly recommend CJ and Freedom Plumbers and will call them again for our plumbing issues
TJ provided excellent and professional service All American Plumbers were hired to install a gas line to a new gas BBQ grill TJ was able to assess the needs of the project, make suggestions, and complete the project on time and under estimate My first concern was to have a certified gas technician do the work AAP and TJ accomplished the task in a professional, safe and timely mannerGood job
History: All American Plumbers did a superb job two yrs ago in digging out and replacing our yr old home's cast iron sewer piping The entire job cost HALF of what another estimate had been and as a result, we purchased an Annual Plumbing Contract for routine checks and repairs (if needed)
Five days ago (a Thursday), we noticed our main bathroom tub faucet continued to leak after we took a morning shower (The bathroom had last been remodeled yrs ago!) We called All American, explained the problem, and that we were also annual contract holders and plumber "David L" arrived just a few hrs later!
After inspecting the faucet he suggested a few alternatives, from just trying to fix the shower valve internals to an entire replacement Due to the age of our home (and this installation in particular), we long ago learned to completely replace and upgrade items like this when the opportunity presents itself
We agreed that an entire replacement was what we wanted We also asked about the sink faucet in that same bathroom which, while not leaking, DID have a "supply flow" restriction Again, we decided to have David do a 'full replacement'
Third, we asked David's advice rereplacing our yr old, gallon natural gas hot water heater a project on our "To Do" list for about a year now On inspecting the hot water heater, David said he could replace it the very next day should we want to do so We said "Yes"
Since the initial dripping faucet was now jobs, David drew up an estimate that took into consideration the now much larger price, as well as our annual contract We told him we'd buy the components we wanted from Home Depot and David said he return the next day (Fri) nlt am
Next morning, David got to work, accessing the plumbing line for the tub from an interior closet wall He cut an access hole in the interior closet and replaced the entire valve system and associated piping for the tub faucet and handle We told him we'd take care of purchasing an access panel for the hole that he'd cut since its location in the bathroom's interior closet was a minor issue for us
David also installed a new tub drain spud and overflow plate to match the now new shower faucet and drain spout
Once these jobs were completed, David got to work on replacing the old hot water heater with the new one With the help of an assistant, the old hot water heater was taken out off our house and the new one was installed He made modifications to existing gas and water lines as needed David then took the time to explain the operation of the new hot water heater and how it differed from the older one we'd just replaced For example, the new one has a 4" Barometric Damper and Spill Switch and comes with a yr Parts & yr Labor Warranty
Since All American conducts its business, i.e., estimating, order writing, and billing via i-Pad, we were also able to pay by credit card at the kitchen counter!
So in just two days, we went from having a constantly dripping shower faucet in an 'old' bathroom, to completely new fixtures AND a new hot water heater as well!
The combined cost of all this work was far less than we had ever hoped and we still have All American Plumbers long history of superior work backing it all up as well!

I highly recommend All American Plumbers Our kitchen sink started leaking last night and they had a technician available to come today TJ, the technician we worked with, was very professional and incredibly helpful Our problem only required a small fix - tightening something in our faucet TJ did that, free of charge, and showed me how to do it in case the problem ever arises in the future He also brought a mat to work on, to keep our floors clean To the extent problems arise in the future, we will absolutely be using All American Plumbers
Justin installed a whole house water filtration system and a constant pressure pump He first explained the job requirements and then accomplished the installation most efficiently and expertly It was a quite substantial job and I am very pleasedIn addition, all interactions with the office staff were pleasant and responsive I would not hesitate to recommend All American Plumbers and they would be my first call in any future plumbing needs
