Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because there website states unlimted towing and its advertisements to get you to join there program and my truck was towed at 30am couldn't tow to any shop then I was able to find a shop they wouldnt tow the truck buyer beware advertisement I would my full refund Sincerely, [redacted]

Mrs [redacted] signed up for our services on 6/1/and called in to cancel her account on 6/ We cancelled her account and issued her a refund of her buffer month We mailed her check # [redacted] for a refund of $

Mrs [redacted] signed up for Motor Club of America (MCA) service on August 25, She called our customer service department on Sept1, stating her vehicle was previously vandalized on July 28, We informed Mrs [redacted] the vandalism occurred before her MCA membership was active, plus her car had been disabled too longMCA’s primary benefit is emergency roadside assistance therefore we cancelled Mrs***’s membership and refunded her account in full on September 1, 2017, per her request

We have been in contact with Mr [redacted] and completed his desired settlementWe refunded the $drafted on his account and removed his card from our system

The member used emergency roadside service on three different vehicles within daysThis is considered excessive service as outlined in MCA’s membership contract The contract states, “The road service benefit is intended for use only in emergenciesExcessive use of this service usually indicates a vehicle in need of maintenance or repairWe can cancel your Membership if we consider your use of emergency road service excessive.” MCA cancelled the membership and refunded the member $7.07, the prorated amount remaining on the membership

TVC maintains Mr [redacted] received quality counsel, especially considering the attorney in question previously got a ticket dismissed on his behalfHowever, due to the complicated nature of this complaint, TVC has decided to refund Mr [redacted] $732.75, which is months of membership duesThese funds can be applied towards Mr [redacted] ’s appeal at the 25% discounted rate, as outlined in our contractual agreement

Mrs [redacted] authorized the initial draft for membership on June 1, and did not cancel until days laterWe paid 3rd-party vendors for benefits available to Mrs [redacted] during this monthWe have already refunded the buffer month of $and have closed the case

Associates do not have to pay any startup money to sell Motor Club of America, although they can purchase a membership for their own useWhile TVC Marketing outlines this clearly in the registration process, this individual may have misunderstood the processWe have canceled her membership and refunded her account

The member requested roadside assistance on April and April 16, and Motor Club of America (MCA) dispatched service providers for both datesOn April 15, MCA was unable to connect with the memberafter multiple attempts to complete the requestOn April 16, service was dispatched to the driver’s location, and the member rated the experience as a out of Our memberships are intended only for use in emergenciesMCA only covers named members and the personal passenger vehicles they are operating at the time of disablementThis account holder requested service four times for four separate vehicles in one monthExcessive use, such as the pattern seen on this account, usually indicates a violation of our contract, which renders the account subject to terminationThe account was terminated and the customer was not charged any additional fees

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/13) */ TVC retained an attorney on July 7, The co-member called TVC on August 2, 2015, which was a Sunday, to report she was unable to speak with the attorneyThe member's mother called TVC the following morning, August 3rd at 7:12am, to speak with the attorney, however the attorney's office was not open because it was not during business hoursLater that afternoon, the member's mother called in to TVC to inform us they were retaining their own attorney and would like to cancel their membership and receive a refundTVC would have scheduled a conference with the attorney and the member if we were provided with ample time to do soTVC processed a full refund of all monies paid

Ms*** signed up for our services on 04/06/and paid her initial dues of $and her following payment of $on 07/06/16. TVC Marketing has not received any communication about cancellation from her to date. Based on her Revdex.com complaint, we have cancelled her membership
