All Motor Club of America members receive a service contract which outlines the limitations of towingAccording to Section A of the contract, a second tow for the same disablement is not coveredThe Chevy Silverado towed under the member’s contract is not eligible for additional service
coverage unless proof of repair is received by MCAMCA provides unlimited towing for members’ vehicles, but does not provide towing multiple times for the same disabled vehicle, as stated by the service contract

The product Mrs*** purchased does not have pre-existing citation coverage per the contract agreement. However, as a courtesy we offered to go outside of the policy to provide service upon payment of the pre-existing citation fee. MCA worked her husband’s citations without collecting
the pre-existing citation fees in error. In our efforts to resolve Ms***’s dissatisfaction, we processed a full refund on 11/15/17. Prior to processing her refund, we presented her with options to receive a free consultation and a 25% discount off the retainer fee if she chose to pay the attorney directly rather than paying TVC the pre-existing citation fee

We spoke with the court clerk by the name of *** and she confirmed that the attorney did appear in court and had the courtdate set for a jury trial on 11/On 11/the attorney was successful in obtaining a plea of reduction on the fine
The court would not reduce the violation due to the high speedReduced fine was due days from November 18, The court said they did not "almost" issue a warrant for his arrest as Mr ***claimedMs ***'s fine was paid today and the case is now closed

Motor Club of America has clearly defined its 72-hour full refund policy, but in good faith we will extend a grace period to Mrs***Her account has been canceled and the membership has been refunded in full

Mrs*** signed up for Motor Club of America (MCA) service on August 25, She called our customer service department on Sept1, stating her vehicle was previously vandalized on July 28, We informed Mrs*** the vandalism occurred before her MCA membership was active, plus her
car had been disabled too longMCA’s primary benefit is emergency roadside assistance therefore we cancelled Mrs***’s membership and refunded her account in full on September 1, 2017, per her request

The member joined Motor Club of America on 12/11/16. She called to cancel her membership on 5/18/and called back on 5/to confirm it was cancelledShe did not mention a refund and since our services were available to her during those five months, we did not offer a refundWe confirmed
she did not have to have membership to sell the services

I am rejecting this response because there website states unlimted towing and its advertisements to get you to join there program and my truck was towed at 30am couldn't tow to any shop then I was able to find a shop they wouldnt tow the truck buyer beware advertisement I would my full refund

TVC has been in regular communication with Mr*** since his case was opened TVC’s policy states when one of our provider attorneys works the case as a covered matter (when TVC pays the legal fees, which we did for attorney *** ***) and the member is found guilty and then asks
to appeal, the case switches to a 25% discounted caseThis means the member receives a free initial consultation and a 25% discount on their additional legal fees For the appeal, attorney *** ***’s original fee was $2,and with the 25% discount, it was reduced to $1, All policies are outlined in the membership fulfillment packetTVC has fulfilled our contractual agreement to Mr***

As noted previously, the member used emergency roadside service on three different vehicles within daysThis is considered excessive service as outlined in the membership contract, and the member was advised to read the contract for limitations and exclusions The contract states, “The road service benefit is intended for use only in emergenciesExcessive use of this service usually indicates a vehicle in need of maintenance or repairWe can cancel your Membership if we consider your use of emergency road service excessive.” MCA previously pro-rated the remaining days of membership before canceling and refunded the member $MCA is now willing to also offer a refund of the buffer month the member paid, an additional $
