Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because they were supposed to install the replacement window YesterdayI called the office twice yesterday asking for an estimated time of arrivalNo one returned my calls and the technician never showed upToday I was at [redacted] until 3:PMWhen I returned Home there were four calls from All County Exteriors wanting to come over today to replace the two defective window panesThe problem is that I only have one remaining defective window paneI suspected that these were the same two window panes that were replaced on 07/10/The Technican came over with the two replacement window panesBoth were too bigAs on 07/10/14, I watched as the technician copied down the serial number, the PO number and the widow sizeHe said it will take from 7-days to obtain a replacement from the factoryApparently, the previous order was never submitted Regards, [redacted]

We apologize for the delay in processing your credit card payment An email dated 12/2/authorizing payment was missed by our internal accounts payable person The payment will be run today The $credit was already applied to the account for the clean up issues

I am rejecting this response because: All County did not have all the material to complete the job Supervisor was going to let C [redacted] know in the office That the siding material must be ordered to complete the job Then they are to contact me when it is convenient to return to complete the job

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: On 01/04/I had a phone conversation with Scott [redacted] from [redacted] He said he was calling me at the request of the All County Exterior Manager to explain the status of my replacement window sashesMr [redacted] stated that there was a "Miscommunication" with the initial replacement order and that order was never processedThe factory was closed over the Holidays and just recently reopenedHe stated that they now have my order and it should be completed by the end of JanuaryHowever, I was never told this by Michelle B [redacted] All County Installation Coordinator She inferred that they had the replacement windows and set up four installation appointments (12/21/16, 12/22/12/27/and 01/04/17)None of these appointments were keptI was told that the first two appointments were missed because the installer was out sickOn 12/27/no one from the Office called and no one showed upOn 01/04/17, Michelle called to say the installation had to be rescheduled as she had been out of the office due to illnessDuring those appointment dates I stayed at home all dayI wasted four days for nothingAll County should have been honest with meTheir warranty service leaves allot to be desired Regards, [redacted]

I was told by *** *** of All County that the reason for the delay was a mwith another customer *** ***) who also had multiple seal failuresI do not find their explaination credible because each time that I called, I identified myself as *** *** and always gave my home phone and my cell phone numbersIn addition, on 06/05/I spoke with *** ***l and gave her all the needed window informationShe said that it would take 7-days to receive a replacement window sashApparently, she never ordered the windowThis is the same type of behavior as last year when it took months to have warranty work done on windows sold and installed by All County ExteriorsThey will only act when there is a negative impact to their reputationIn my opinion, All County Exteriors does not deserve an A+ rating as warranty work on products they sell is not a high priority

The manufacturer has ordered two double hung windows to replacement the oversize casement windows This will solve the issues caused by the oversized casements and will be schedule for installation once they are received from the manufacturer We apologize for the issues you have
experienced with these windows

The job was rescheduled and is now completed No further action on our end is required

I am rejecting this response because: there is only one sash that needs replacement not twoOn 08/14/the installer came with two window sashs and neither fit These were the exact two sash's that were installed on 07/10/that I waited for since 02/The remaining sash is a top sash for the master bedroomIt is an Alside Double Hung Excalibur window 39" x 57" with a serial number #118-and a PO number of Hopefully, they are not reordering the same two windows that they previously installed on 07/10/

The new sashes will installed by the manufacturer by the end of January, The manufacturers and All County apologize for the delay in manufacturing the new sashes
