Review: My door was delivered on a raining and windy day drop the door off at 9 . Am they leaned on garbage can and it fell over while the man was still here my wife asked to put in garage that did . All county said the installer will be here at noon he never showed up till 430 pm . Could not finish that day said they will be back first thing the next day . They never came till 3 pm . All county installer told us he would finish up that day the cladding material was the wrong color they did not do anything till they ordered right material we received a call stating they had the right color it was a special color and a email they came the next day with the same box as they had the first and the same material they did not order any thing and tried to see if they could get way with it ! With that I did not want them to do anything till they had the right material .. They orderd it and said they will call us by Friday and never did and they would not answer any of are call the hole time all this was going on said people were in meetings and not in left messages and no one ever called back so here I sit with my door as it was day one .... All is I want is them to take door and install my house back to what it was before they got here....Desired Settlement: All is I want them to do is take this door back and replace it with my old door and storm door ... We are afraid if we use this company and anything goes bad we will not be able to get in touch with them to fix thing and repair thing with out calling a dozen times or filing complete and we do not have time to do this nor want to do this ..... All county exteriors do not call back and they lie ....

I am rejecting this response because:

1,the door was damaged do to them leaving the door proped up on my garbage can and the wind nocked over . They were supposed to be here at 9am they did not get here till 5 pm and never finished . They said they would be back the next morning did not show up on the third day they showed up . Fixed the lock and had the wrong cladding it was not the right color they said they had to order the right color it took 2 weeks for them to come back with the same roll of cladding that they came here with the first time that's when I asked them to take there door and replace it with my old door . I feel that it was shabby workman ship and very bad business I had gave them ever chance to fix my door and install it the right way . Also the door has marks from falling over were they placed my door prior to the installers coming.

Review: I purchased windows from All County Exteriors in On 05/20/I notified them that the seal in the top sash of my bedroom window was defectiveI was told that someone would call me to set up an appointment to come and look at the window sashNo one calledI called on 06/05/and spoke to [redacted] (Installation Coordinator)I gave her all the information on the window stickerShe said she would order the window sash but it will take 7-daysShe will call me when it is receivedI never received a call backOn 06/24/I called but had to leave a message on [redacted]'s Voicemail for her to call me[redacted] never returned my callI called again on 06/26/and spoke to [redacted] She said that the window sash would be in on Monday (06/29/15) and tentatively scheduled the installation for Tuesday (06/30/15)She said that she would call me on Monday for an exact installation time She did not call on Monday and no one showed up on TuesdayI made two additional phone contacts on 06/30/and 07/03/but was only able to reach [redacted]'s voice mailI asked her both times to call me with status of the repair requestTo date I have not heard from All County ExteriorsThis is the same problem as last year when it took over five months for All County Exterior to window sash's that were under warrantyRepair was only made after the Revdex.com intervenedApparently, warranty work is not a priority at All County Exteriors.Desired Settlement: Replace the top window sash as per the warranty

I was told by [redacted] of All County that the reason for the delay was a mwith another customer [redacted]) who also had multiple seal failuresI do not find their explaination credible because each time that I called, I identified myself as [redacted] and always gave my home phone and my cell phone numbersIn addition, on 06/05/I spoke with [redacted]l and gave her all the needed window informationShe said that it would take 7-days to receive a replacement window sashApparently, she never ordered the windowThis is the same type of behavior as last year when it took months to have warranty work done on windows sold and installed by All County ExteriorsThey will only act when there is a negative impact to their reputationIn my opinion, All County Exteriors does not deserve an A+ rating as warranty work on products they sell is not a high priority

Review: I INTIALLY CALLED THE COMPANY ON JAN 16 2014 TO REPORT A DEFECT IN 2 WINDOWS(ON EITHER SIDE OF MY PICTURE WINDOW) .THESE WERE INSTALLED JUNE OF 2010. THEY WERE PART OF AND EXTERIOR OVERHAUL THAT COST MORE THAN 14000.00 DOLLARS. WE HAD SIDING/ WINDOWS.SOFFITS. AND ROOFING DONE. THE WINDOWS BEGAN TO FORM WHAT APPEARS TO BE MOLD IN BETWEEN THE LAYERS OGF GLASS,(GAS FILLED). AT TAHT TIME A WOMAN, [redacted], SAID SHE HAD ALL THE NECESSARY INFO AND WAS GIONG TO ORDER THE WINDOWS. AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS AND CALLS THEY CAME TO INSTALL THE RELPACEMENT WINDOWS ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HAD A PICTURE WINDOW AND NOT THE SIDE WINDOWS THAT WERTE THE INITIAL COMPLAINT.

AT THAT TIME THE INSTALLER CALLED HIS OFFICE AND INFORMED THEM OF THE ERROR AND WE WERE TOLD THAT THAY WOULD AGAIN REORDER THE CORRECT WINDOWS AND THA IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 10 DAYS. SINCE THEN EACH TIME WE CALLED FOR STATUS THERE IS ALWAYS AN EXCUSE (IE. IN A MEETING, OUT TO LUNCH,WILL CALL YOU BACK, ETC). BUT NO CALL BACK. MY WIFE EVEN CALLED A SUPERVISOR, [redacted], COULDN"T EVEN GET VOICE MAIL.

WE HAVE DOCUMENTED ALL OUT GOING CALLS ON COMCAST VOICE AS FOLLOWS

01/16/14, 01/24/14 (2 TIMES) 02/05/14,03/27/14, 04/01/14, AND TO HTE SUPERVISOR 03/03/14/,03/26/14. Review: We have been actively in contact with all-county exteriors to try and pay them for services we received in the beginning of November. We paid our downpayment in September when we booked with them. We filed a claim with the company for a $200 credit to are account for leaving our trash on our property, paint splatters on windows and overall disrespect for our property. We received the $200 credit. We have constantly called to receive invoices for our final payment without receiving them. I spoke with [redacted] on 12/2 and gave her my credit card information to process our final payment. I was assured this would be done right away so that we can pay the company and move on. It has been several days and no payment has showed up on my credit card statement or has been processed by the bank. We feel that our patronage has not been respected and they do not need our money as they seem to be refusing to take it.Desired Settlement: At this point we feel that our patronage has not been respected and we are filing for a further discount for our constant inconvenience. I have never worked with a business before that refuses to process a payment that we are actively giving them.

Review: They have not honored a life-time warranty regarding a glass sliding door installed by them in 2009. They have been notified on numerous occasions that the seal has been broken and they have promised a repair or replacement and have done neither.Desired Settlement: Repaired or replacement of the door.

Review: In 01/2009 I had All County Exteriors replace twelve of my windows. All windows are under warranty. In 02/14, I notified All County Exteriors that one of the windows had to be replaced. Since then, two additional windows developed defects and needed to be replaced. It took All County Exteriors 5 months to replace two of the windows. The remaining window has yet to be replaced. Since 02/14, I have made twenty phone calls to All County Exteriors. They rarely return my calls. Installation dates were given but no one shows up. The last window still needs to be replaced and it has been over 30 days.Desired Settlement: Replacement of damaged window as per warranty.

I am rejecting this response because they were supposed to install the replacement window Yesterday. I called the office twice yesterday asking for an estimated time of arrival. No one returned my calls and the technician never showed up. Today I was at [redacted] until 3:45 PM. When I returned Home there were four calls from All County Exteriors wanting to come over today to replace the two defective window panes. The problem is that I only have one remaining defective window pane. I suspected that these were the same two window panes that were replaced on 07/10/14. The Technican came over with the two replacement window panes. Both were too big. As on 07/10/14, I watched as the technician copied down the serial number, the PO number and the widow size. He said it will take from 7-14 days to obtain a replacement from the factory. Apparently, the previous order was never submitted.

I am rejecting this response because: there is only one sash that needs replacement not two. On 08/14/14 the installer came with two window sashs and neither fit . These were the exact two sash's that were installed on 07/10/14 that I waited for since 02/14. The remaining sash is a top sash for the master bedroom. It is an Alside Double Hung Excalibur window 39" x 57" with a serial number #118-286834 and a PO number of 9187. Hopefully, they are not reordering the same two windows that they previously installed on 07/10/14.

All County Exteriors replaced the defective window sashes on September 6, 2014 per the warranty claim. We apologize for the delay in resolving this matter.

Review: In the first week of March 2013 I contacted this company by phone regarding a warranty repair to a window they sold and installed. After a wait of about of approximately 4 weeks a representative arrived, took pictures of the window and information on the sash (model number etc) and told me this was a straight forward easy repair. I was also told that they would make a new window unit and install it in about 3-4 weeks and the person left. About five weeks later, I called to ask the status of my repair and was initially told they had no record of the call or their visit to my home and was told they would look into it and get back to me. Approximately a week later I called to ask the status again and was told that they did find information of my request for service but could not determine if the person sent was from their office or the window manufacturer.

It is now the beginning of August and my warranty repair has still not been performed. The telephone contact at this company is Kim Davis who when I last spoke to her approximately

three weeks ago said she would check with the manufacturer. Check what, I don't know. They sold and installed the window and should stand behind their product.

Return calls to me from All County Exteriors is extremely slow or not returned. I feel I am being stone walled with the intention that I would give up.

Please help. I have maintained a professional demeanor and courteous approach with all I have come in contact with.
