I sincerely apologize for the delay in getting this window part to the customer. We did speak on every occasion that she mentions in her letter. Each time we spoke, I relayed the information that I received from the manufacturer of this part. I truly thought I was passing on accurate information. In...

light of the length of time it is taking to get this part, I asked a representative of the manufacturer to contact the homeowner directly to further explain the delay. I confirmed with representative that this call was made and that he spoke with the customer.  I completely understand her frustration with regard to this issue and hope that it will be resolved quickly and to her satisfaction.

All County Exteriors replaced the defective window sashes on September 6, 2014 per the warranty claim.  We apologize for the delay in resolving this matter.

We apologize for the delay in processing your credit card payment.  An email dated 12/2/15 authorizing payment was missed by our internal accounts payable person.  The payment will be run today.  The $200 credit was already applied to the account for the clean up issues.

install the replacement window Yesterday. I called the office twice yesterday asking for an estimated time of arrival. No one returned my calls and the technician never showed up. Today I was at [redacted] until 3:45 PM. When I returned Home there were four calls from All County Exteriors wanting to come over today to replace the two defective window panes. The problem is that I only have one remaining defective window pane. I suspected that these were the same two window panes that were replaced on 07/10/14. The Technican came over with the two replacement window panes. Both were too big. As on 07/10/14, I watched as the technician copied down the serial number, the PO number and the widow size. He said it will take from 7-14 days to obtain a replacement from the factory. Apparently, the previous order was never submitted.

We have been in touch with Mr. [redacted] regarding the issue with his sliding glass door.  We have ordered a replacement panel and we will replace the failed glass within two weeks (as soon as the custom glass is produced).   This will be no charge to the customer.  All County apologize...

I am rejecting this response because:  All County did not have all the material to complete the job.  Supervisor was going to let C[redacted] know in the office.  That the siding material must be ordered to complete the job.  Then they are to contact me when it is convenient to return to complete the job.

I am rejecting this response because:
1,the door was damaged do to them leaving the door proped up on my garbage can and the wind nocked over . They were supposed to be here at 9am they did not get here till 5 pm and never finished . They said they would be back the next morning did not show up on the third day they showed up . Fixed the lock and had the wrong cladding it was not the right color they said they had to order the right color it took 2 weeks for them to come back with the same roll of cladding that they came here with the first time that's when I asked them to take there door and replace it with my old door . I feel that it was shabby workman ship and very bad business I had gave them ever chance to fix my door and install it the right way . Also the door has marks from falling over were they placed my door prior to the installers coming.

I am rejecting this response because: On 01/04/17 I had a phone conversation with Scott [redacted] from...

[redacted]. He said he was calling me at the request of the All County Exterior Manager to explain the status of my replacement window sashes. Mr. [redacted] stated that there was a "Miscommunication" with the initial replacement order and that order was never processed. The factory was closed over the Holidays and just recently reopened. He stated that they now have my order and it should be completed by the end of January. However, I was never told this by Michelle B[redacted] All County Installation Coordinator.  She inferred that they had the replacement windows and set up four installation appointments (12/21/16, 12/22/16. 12/27/16 and 01/04/17). None of these appointments were kept. I was told that the first two appointments were missed because the installer was out sick. On 12/27/16 no one from the Office called and no one showed up. On 01/04/17, Michelle called to say the installation had to be rescheduled as she had been out of the office due to illness. During those appointment dates I stayed at home all day. I wasted four days for nothing. All County should have been honest with me. Their warranty service leaves allot to be desired.
