I highly recommend All Energy Solar

AES was organized from the get go. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. They were able to complete my install ahead of schedule. During the social distancing for COVID, they made sure all of their employees were masked and kept appropriate distance not only with me, but with each other. They were extremely focused on the quality of their work and the safety of their employees.

As a retired engineer and company president I have very high expectations for providers and very rarely are those expectations met. I'm very pleased to let readers know that All Energy Solar actually exceeded my expectations. The communication pre-during-post installation was excellent. The design and installation crews did a very professional job. The project is performing very well.

Jaron, Marilea, and the installation team were all very helpful in taking us through the process and in answering both FAQ and any additional AQ that I could come up with. Even in a pandemic they continued to be timely, helpful, and great at what they do -- never missed a beat. Looking forward to recommending this company to friends and coworkers.

my wife and I agree that this was the best major project experience we have ever had! We met Jarad to give us a briefing and provide an estimate - he was knowledgable and patient with our questions. Nick was our project coordinator and kept in touch regularly with updates and plans. The installation crew was exceptional - they called when they arrived, briefed us on the plan for the day and called again at the end of the day to let us know what they had accomplished and what the plan for the following day would be. Our installation was during the COVID pandemic and the crew was extremely respectful of all of the recommended precautions. The system is now up and running and we are extremely pleased with the entire All Energy Solar experience, highly recommended.

We had solar installed in about 8 months start to finish. The only delay was winter weather. This is an excellent company. Honest. Courteous. Excellent communication. Outstanding product. Recommend them highly.

This has been a great experience. I got a recommendation from a client of ours who had solar installed on her family's house. I'm a carpenter, we did a remodel on her house. I ran in to her doing a nearby project and noticed the panels. She filled me in on the financing and I was serious about the possibility. Ten years ago I never would have dreamed of a solar install. BTW, mine is a small system, I use very little electricity so it was pretty clear to me.

Skye, the sales person, was tremendous. No hard sell. Marilea, the processor...project manager, is an absolute delight. The techs on install day were friendly and clear about how the install should finish out. Side Note: My girlfriend, who left the house an hour after our conference, dealt with a dead battery. Thanks for jumping her car!

This is a rare company. It's one of those places where I believe the employees are happy about their work and take pride in it. This is uncommon, yet, nonetheless, very welcome.

Weird thing, too. I don't know of any real competition for solar installation. All Energy Solar kicks it off the cliff and they just do that, because...maybe in a decade there will be a severe hill to climb to match this level from another company. That other company that wants to compete with All Energy Solar doesn't matter to me, though.

My experience getting rooftop solar installed by All Energy Solar was excellent. Every step of the way communication was clear and honest, and all my questions were answered. They handle all aspects of the project from site survey to financing to install to inspections to support and monitoring, making the whole process very easy. The employees and installers were very professional and accommodated my request to add an extra conduit while they were running a line to the garage. I would recommend All Energy Solar to anyone considering a solar project without hesitation.

They were very easy to work with and very polite. They called about any questions they had and if they were able to use the drive ways for supplies. They were all following the Covid-19 protocol. It was a quick and easy installation. They have been an amazing company to work with. Any questions I had they were able to answer right away. They respond to email quickly. They are keeping you up to date with any changes. They have all the forms ready with an e-signature which was really helpful. Amazing programs and benefits for switching to solar. I have told so many people about them, I am happy to recommend them to any one. Great company, happy we decided to go solar. The Representative I have been working with has a great attitude and extremely helpful and friendly.

All Energy Solar has failed to install the ground mount solar array as requested, missed deadlines for rebates, and become entirely unresponsive despite repeated attempts to communicate. More than a month ago, we engaged a lawyer who has contacted All Energy Solar requesting they cancel the contract and refund our $500 down payment. All Energy Solar has still not responded.

Excellent communication from the all energy team. They have a very comprehensive service offering and did a nice job through the process. I would recommend them to someone else

My experience with All Energy Solar was superior. Their staff is remarkably professional and knowledgeable. Office and planning staff responded to every phone call or email within one working day, explained and assisted with all planning, paperwork and rebate applications.

The installation crew was outstanding. They arrived on time, made good introductions, were very polite and friendly, explained the process they'd be going through, answered all my questions and responded to all my requests (like taking off shoes to use the bathroom, turning off lights when leaving the basement), were outstandingly well-prepared (they even had a bag for their snack trash), didn't make much of a mess and cleaned up beautifully before they left. I really liked seeing how they worked together -- very respectful and appreciative of each other -- they truly seemed to enjoy their work. It's obvious that they had worked out a good process for setting up, sharing the work, making sure everything was done and done right.

I love my solar panels -- since they were installed in April I haven't paid an electric bill and have a large credit on my account.

I requested a non-wireless, solar power generating system. They heard this verbally and wrote it in their engineering files. They were supposed to engineer this system, and they got it wrong. What showed up, was wireless, but they removed the wireless antenna and circuit board. The problem is I still have wireless here, when I requested non-wireless, they had incomplete engineering, there are still two, round meters that run on a cel net here. I think that means cellular network. I want what was agreed on, they "just forgot" and "would not read their notes" and "changed the agreed design without even telling me".

To whom it may concern,

*** requested a non wireless solar system from us. At the time of the installation, we accidentally installed a cellular (wireless) monitoring device. Upon being notified that this had happened, we scheduled one of our technicians to come out and switch out our cellular monitoring device and hardwired his monitoring system. We apologized for the mistake and fixed it in a timely fashion.

His system was installed on 10/28/19 but not turned on until 11/20/19. On the day that his system was turned on we switched out the wireless monitoring system to a wired system. So there was nearly no amount of time that wireless signals were being sent from the monitoring system.

Xcel Energy uses a wireless system for all of their meters. *** previous meter was a wireless system. When *** solar system was turned on, Xcel Energy switched *** old meter with a new digital meter that is also wireless. It seems that *** wants us to figure out how to remove Xcel's meters. Unfortunately we can not and do not control Xcel's system and really don't have any control over it. We have provided people for *** to communicate with as well as other pieces of data that Xcel has provided to us. We will continue to help find solutions for *** but feel this is not part of our scope.

I personally called *** this morning and left him a message (12/20/19) I would like to know if there is anything that he wants us to do. We have been extremely responsive and will continue to help *** but can not be held responsible for something that is not owned by us.

I'm still unclear what you would like All Energy Solar to do. The meters that Xcel Energy own are out of our control. Your meter prior to going solar was wireless, and now your new Xcel meter is wireless. All of the components that are in our control are wired as you requested.

I am rejecting this response because:
All Energy Solar should have to, do what they said they would do, which was a non-wireless system, or admit they cannot fulfill their promise and refund it. Their Engineering is not that ignorant, they knew what it would plug into. They installed the boxes that hold the wireless, thus proving their awareness.

I have struggled to work things out with the owner, Michael R. ***, but I feel like I am going in circles. I met with Sky on 11/29/18 and sent him to my sisters to give her an estimate as well. Months after her solar is up and running I am fighting with the owner to get my $500 referral fee as promised. Sky, Annalise and Ryan have been in contact with me over the year, they are all clear that I referred my sister and should get the referral money, but the owner wants me to sign a non-disparagement agreement in order to get the referral money. I feel this is blackmail and I won't stand for it. My install went up by $2624, my money back from Xcel energy went down due to their error, and I was constantly being put off on when my start date would be. There was a lot of bait and switch, promises that were unclear, lack of communication, and I am still waiting for a rebate check from the city they told me I would be expecting in July. Now the owner says he has to talk to the city and it could be another 8 weeks, but is refusing to pay me the referral $500 unless I sign the non-disparagement agreement. The agreement basically removes them from any future issues I may have with them or my solar energy system of which I paid $16,448. I will not sign a non-disparagement agreement and am expecting to get the $500 referral fee check as well as the $944.25 I have been promised as a result of a city solar rebate that they said I would have in July.

I have only asked for the $500 owed to me. Please call Catherine as she can tell you that she was referred by me the day Sky came to my house and she did not have a prior appointment.

I can gather copies of screen shots and emails, but I felt I should respond quickly.
