All Energy Solar

I had worked with All Energy Solar to install a solar array in my yard, and given them a deposit for $500. After I dug further into the pricing / financing and realized I was being overcharged for both, I told them I wanted to cancel my contract. I have an email from the sales rep that my deposit was fully refundable, yet they sent me a bill for 3,000 because we were close to the install date.

Overall I am 100 percent satisfied. Start to fish not a problem to be had. Carlos was on top of every minute of the whole install. He kept us in the loop 100% and answered any and all questions mostly within minutes. Salesman Dave was the best and didn't hard sell or offer useless extras. Dave was also 100% on top of every minute of install and answered every question right away. All the installers were clean and polite and hard working. Electricians were awesome as well. all employees went above and beyond our expectations and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks All Energy. Don Dorn

They exceeded the expectations that they set each time - always preferable! Then after it was all done - took the time to sit with me and show me through all the websites and apps that I can use to monitor my system. Really thorough and professional. It's a shame they only do solar installations, otherwise I'd use them myself again for some other house project!

Our church recently installed solar panels....after the green committee’s due diligence work, they selected All Energy Solar to complete the job....so that made our decision an easy one. Our company liaison person was in contact with us during the entire process so that we knew the timing for everything from the installation, inspections, and follow-up regarding monitoring, etc. All the workers involved were friendly, efficient, and answered any questions we had along the way. We were extremely happy with the work and process of having solar installed on our Minneapolis home. We had quotes from a couple of different vendors, and All Energy was very competitive in price and they went above and beyond in explaining how the rebates work and helping us answer the return on investment question. The answer to that question was that it was very cost effective for us to go forward with the install. At that point the project management, installation (took one day and the team was very clean and courteous), and the post install were all second to none. I would definitely recommend All Energy Solar.

FIRST CLASS OPERATION START TO FINISH! My installation went so quick and the process flowed week to week in anticipation and finished flawlessly leaving me completely impressed with the product, installation and the immediate cost savings upon start up. Almost too good to be true, but that's the best part..IT WAS! From my first impressions and finished meeting with Brandon to the follow up from Cindy was first rate and they go above and beyond to make sure you are informed, save you money if they can, or answer any questions. I'm sure they have several clients they deal with day to day, but I felt like I had my own personal sales person, installers and manager as no question, call, email or text went unanswered without an immediate response. Our installers, Austin and the crew, overseen by Bill were great and very personable and show attention to detail on site. I was left with the impression that they were treating my project and installation as their own. They truly care about you, your project and care about our environment!!!

From the moment we first talked to them about investigating our solar production options to today as a happy All Energy Solar customer , they have ALWAYS been professional and prompt in dealing with us. They helped us navigate talking to our electricity provider about rebates we were eligible for and explained the tax credits we would receive. Installation of the panels was done carefully and on time. They continue to monitor our system even 2 1/2 years later!! They were so wonderful!! I highly recommend them!!

When I contacted All Energy Solar 6 years ago, they sent Sarah *** out immediately and she did a site estimate. The installers came out exactly when they said they would and the installation went without a hitch. The panels have worked flawlessly since then and saved us bunch of money. Thanks to a great team. Excellent company, very responsive. High demand for their product results in some small problems with some small details, but this simply implies that consumers must exercise the usual amount of diligence when signing agreements, etc.

We recently installed a 48-panel system incorporating storage and our experience with All Solar has been pleasant and productive from project start to finish. As we discussed the system, developed the design specs and worked through the installation, we had the opportunity to deal with staff at all levels of AES. In every case we were pleased with the professionalism, technical expertise and courtesy exhibited by team members. The planned installation dates required adjustment due to component availability and weather events, but our project manager, Marilea, and solar consultant, Brandon, kept us apprised of status changes and worked to accommodate our schedule. When installation day arrived, it came as no surprise to us that our Master Electrician, David, and the installation crew were all a pleasure to work with.

We really appreciated the degree to which AES, facilitated and coordinated the implementation with our electric utility (including the rebate). The system is working as planned and we enjoy (probably too much) tracking its performance via the Tesla and SolarEdge apps. Thanks for the great job, everyone!
