Move went well and very professional. Reason for 2 stars is because they milked the "supplies used" for my move. They moved my small storage space that was packed with luggage, totes and boxes all sealed or closed. They moved my china hutch and used a blanket and taped it on with LESS THAN A ROLL OF TAPE. That tape roll was not used for rest of move and only half of it but they charged me for 6 rolls of tape at 4.50/piece so it was 27 bucks for that HALF tape used. I don't like that they milked materials used as it is dishonest and not necessary.

The worst experience everI paid to have three movers and they milked itAmong other things: They let a pound generator get away from them and it came off the side of their ramp and it rolled up my right leg Then as they were moving my custom Viking refrigerator on a dolly with no straps they let it slip off the dolly and the doors and other parts were torn off First they wanted pictures of the refrigerator and the food that spoiled -which took awhile to get They put it in the corner of my garage and stacked stuff all around it Then they wanted estimates instead of sending someone to look at it Then they wanted to know what I wanted them to do (????) Then they lost the pictures and needed more After that I waited several weeks and contacted them I was told that the case was closed because they usually get things settled in a short period of time By this time it's been a year I asked them if they could reopen it I was told they'd look into itI emailed them a month later It's been more than a month and I haven't heard from them I've told them that I only wanted my refrigerator repaired or replaced But it looks like I'm going to need a lawyer to get this resolved So I guess they'll get to pay my doctor bills too
