Also, their letter still made us agree not to tell anyone about our experience using them if we signed it, and releasing them for all claims of any kind. Therefore, we do not accept. I will accept payment for damages and agree all claims for damages are satisfied and will update any reviews to say that. However, They continue to use lousy if not illegal business practices and fear no consequences. Paying us for what we are entitled doesn't release you from all other wrong doing or take away the right to free speech to tell others what you did.

All My Sons filled each and every part of our contractual obligation and did not over charge your move. You agreed to the standard amount of coverage and didn't want additional insurance provided on your move. This is standard policy with...

We scheduled a move and were given a quote saying it shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours of labor, which at $119 an hour comes to $357. They also include $50 for gas and an unknown amount for one hour of drive time. Let's say they charge the same for the one hour of drive time as they do for labor. The total now comes to $526. When our movers finished loading the truck in 1.5 hours they called their manager [redacted] who came back and said our total was over $700. I then, being a good and polite consumer, called [redacted] simply to ask where the extra $174 was coming from and immediately began to be verbally abused over the phone by [redacted]. He yelled at me and called me a liar, even when his employees (who did a great job, by the way) were standing next to me telling me that it did not take the time he was saying it took. [redacted] yelled at me for a solid 5 minutes before my husband took the phone and proceeded to also be yelled at and completely disrespected by [redacted] threatened to lock the truck and take (steal) all of our belongings if we didn't pay, and never did explain where the extra charges came from. Please, NEVER use this company for your move. You will definitely be robbed and likely disrespected by [redacted].

no attempt to contact me nor do they have any remorse in their unsatisfactory and unprofessional manner in which they handle my belongings. Not to mention the disrespect the manager has to paying clients. I will pursue a different direction with this issue. My attempts to get any response from this company have been exhausted. I will make my report to Angie's list and post my pictures on facebook and other social media.

This shipper has been in contact with our local office, corporate office and our claims department. We are in the process of handling this shipper's concerns.

I am rejecting this response because:
The information provided by the company is...

false.We did not change the date of the move "many times" as told by the company's response. If they look at the email transcripts, the main reason we picked this company against other bidders was because of the guaranteed pickup and delivery date.
They came to pickup on the agreed date, and that was when they had problem with the loading. The only change we asked did not come until during the pickup date while they were having problem completing the job. The question was "Can you deliver at a later date?" We did not make any changes prior to the company coming out. This request should not change the fact that they could not even complete the loading.
As to the second truck offered, it was not at a "reduced price." They wanted to charge us an extra $5000, and both trucks could not be delivered at the same time.
As to the claim that we hid and disguised that we had more to load than what was estimated, is just this company not admitting to its own incompetence. We had 3 moving companies came out to do the bid, and unfortunately picked All My Sons. When they could not do the job, we contacted one of the other 3 original bidder, and the price was not much different. We did have to pay extra for storage because now the moving dates were changed. But the 2nd moving company was able to load everything and delivered in one truck without any problem.
All My Sons' loading and unloading crew made the comment that their management did not send out the proper truck in the beginning. This was from their own employees.
