I am rejecting this response because:I just called the number provided and the representative told me that I need to talk to the Tulsa Office manager to handle thisI just want the credit I was promised, I don't want to claim any damagesWhenever I tried to reach Brock by phone, he was not in or did not take my call.

The office is great, you can really tell they care about their customers. Above and Beyond, every time! And the movers are the best in town, hands down! I will always recommend my friends/family/coworkers to this company. 10/10

Good evening, thank you for your valuable feedback, a claim/complaint form has been sent to the customer to complete. The customer did change the scope of the move several times after the original estimate, which included...

several nights of overnight storage and labor hours in and out, we also used almost twice the amount of boxes than in the original estimate, I believe he added things to be packed. I talked with him several time about what to expect and the price increases which he was fine with, he paid without any issue, then after paying he got upset, he also came to the office a week ago trying to physically intimidate and threaten me into giving him money back.
