Review: I bought a car from [redacted] and every time I've driven it I found a new problem. The first day I drove the car the blower motor didn't work. He specifically told me on the test drive that he drove the car and the AC and heater worked fine. He informed me that I had to rig the wires to get the blower motor to work. The next day it was warm in the afternoon and I tried to use the air conditioner but it only was blowing out warm air. Then he gave me paperwork and wrote DMV on the envelope and stated that this is what I would need to register the car and he would send me the title in a few days by Tuesday of the next week. I did not receive the title for two weeks until I had to pick it up myself. Also the DMV told me I could not register the car the first time I went until I have the title. The second time I went to DMV with the title they said I would have to bring the car in for inspection because it was an out of state title. So I have had to go to DMV multiple times and take time off of work because of it. Then the third time I drove the car it did not start for me when I shut it off. And now that I've driven it a few more times there is a funny noise coming from the engine compartment. I am now worried it will break down if I Drive it anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like All Star Auto to pay for a reputable business to repair the AC that he said worked. And some compensation on the multiple hours of work that I have missed for the registration process.

first I would like to state that when you buy a $1,500 car which was the cheapest car on my lot you cannot expect it to be an AMG [redacted] fresh off the lot. the AC did work when I gave him the car he called me and asked me about the AC I told him to reconnect the wires on the blower if it was not blowing properly he did and it fixed the problem a week later he calls me to tell me that the AC is blowing warm air I told him bring the vehicle in and I will check the AC and fix it for him.as far as the title not getting to him for a week I told him I would put the title express mail to his house he told me not to do it and then he would come in and pick it up he did not show up until the next day at 7:30 at night we close at 7 luckily I was still here helping another customer. I never told the customer to go to DMV multiple times I told the customer wait until you have the title in hand until you go to DMV or it will be a waste of your time he chose to go to DMV on his own without the title thinking that he would be able to do the transfer even after I told him he could not until he had title in hand so that has nothing to do with us.at this time I still told him to bring the car in so I can fix his AC he did not. the car ran and drove perfectly fine when I gave him the car I had just smogged it two days before he bought the car.the point of this response is to let people know that when you buy a $1,500 car the cheapest car on the lot you cannot expect it to be absolutely perfect even then I try to help by offering to fix the AC for him. I believe that some people should not be allowed the right to make complaints about businesses some people you can give Them the car for free and two days later they will call you to tell you that they need an oil change.

first I would like to say that I had a pleasant experience buying a car from here. mark was very nice and helpful, he had a great selection of vehicles in my price range.
