I left a message on 4/24/and again on 4/28/ [redacted] returned my call on 5/1/and we had an extended conversationI told her there were no notes after 5/7/about anything that had transpired at that point and there was no way to prove what was or was not done She said she notified [redacted] and the estimator and the installer knewI asked her if she ever called the office to notify us and she said, “No, I thought I covered all my bases.” I recommended she get a 3rd party to look at the floor to determine the issue since it has been so long and it might be the materials itself b/c if it is installation related it would be known at the beginning when it originally happenedIn addition to that her warranty has expiredI told her I would review and see if we could help herShe was not happyI called and left a voice mail again on 5/21/and have not heard from the customer

I purchased hard wood floors from lumbar liquidators They recommended All Wood Floors to put down my floor because according to them they do professional work and they have a sign inside lumbar liquidators store saying that they do professional work They came to install the floor on April 16, They filled the base boards with several nails They missed a piece of baseboard in the coat closet They put down severals floors that had deep scratches After he installed the wood steps the steps started to sink because he then said that the steps needed risers and we were never told that the steps needed that because they were never inspected They left holes on the walls on all the steps They rushed the job We were told by D*** O***, Manager that one of the workers that was supposed to install the floor couldn't come because he had a family emergency so he got us a worker that was inexperienced They never came to inspect the floor I called several times and never got an answer until we went to see a lawyer by the name Wi*** Mu*** on May 27, at Richmond, VA On May 28, I spoke to one of the owners by the name of J*** and he came home on May 28, and he wrote down everything that was wrong and said that he would get back with us on June 1st to talk about fixing the floor and we have not received a call from him We called him on June 2, but his voicemail was full so we couldn't leave him a message so we texted him We have lots of pictures and we have been dealing with this for almost months and nothing is getting done We are very disappointed and not satisfied at all with the company, the owners, managers and the workers

*** ***'s installation took place on 3/- 3/27/Installer did cut door jams too highCustomer originally provided All Wood with an altered quote in the amount of $from *** *** Carpentry & Home Improvements, LLCAll Wood made contact with *** *** and he
provided us with a quote int he amount of $which All Wood approvedMrs*** provided a quote from *** construction in the amount of $She has asked All Wood several time to be reimbursed, implying she has paid this cost already, however we have not been provided with a receiptNeither did Randy P*** nor Tiesha M*** ask for reimbursement on the overcut door casings as All Wood never paid for the repairMrs*** did pay out of pocket for an inspection and it did come back installation relatedAll Wood accepted this and proposed that we would rip up and replace ( meaning to remove and re-install )All Wood would use salvageable material but would pay for additional material if neededMrs*** did not accept thisShe responded with a proposal of her own that Randy P*** did approve*** *** was notified via emailShe was also notified that All Wood will be contacting her to discuss flooring materials

I recently hired All Wood Flooring to install all my flooring as recommended by Lumber Liquidators where I purchased the flooringI had over feet of flooring installed The installers drove a long distance to come to my home to install The first day went well and they installed the flooring beautifully The second day, due to the distance and driving hours and working hours, they came tired and worked tired all day As a result, they did not match up the flooring between two rooms which is highly noticeable and looks awful The lines are totally off I complained and the manager came out to view the problem and said there is nothing they will or can do about it If I want it redone, the cost is on meHe further said that the installers did everything right His argument was that they started at the far wall end of the house and worked in and that is what they should do However, the first day they did not do that - they started in the living room, the middle of the house and worked in one direction to the east This made no sense to me and my husband and I are extremely unhappy about it Their motto is "we're not satisfied until you are satisfied' They don't live up to it Very disappointed and will probably take this further

I am rejecting this response because:There are sq ft of hardwood flooring in our home. All Wood Floors proposal to remove and then reuse the same material voids the product warranty according to *** *** themselves. WIth the extent of damage All Wood Floor did to our home (the over cut door jambs and surround molding) AND sq ft of improperly installed hardwood violating numerous points on their own product installation specs; illustrates gross negligence and fraud. Our entire house sounds like one is walking on bubble wrap. We have worked hard for our money; we didn't get it by screwing hard working people and we want the situation fixed. All Wood Flooring has done ZERO proactively to remedy this situation. All Wood Flooring, *** *** and the *** *** *** work in unison to create hurdles whole burning up time waiting for their year 'warranty period' to expire. They then have the nerve to brag about the volume of work they perform. If you're doing so well, why are so you damn cheap and unwilling to do the right things?Regards,
