I've been scammed
I went to the Sema show in Vegas in 2022 salesman told me that this product is all needed for my business and told him that I needed to consult with my wife before getting in to such things and insisted that I should get it because it's all I needed but I told him I don't do repair I do window tinting so he keeps going like it's the best thing ever comes out and told me he would give me really great deals on it if I take it that day he didn't mention that it's a monthly payment of $380 a month . When I got home a customer service followed up also didn't mention monthly payments was just checking if everything was okay I said yes and told her that I didn't receive the I pad so she sent it then I noticed that my credit card being charged for using the equipment which is still in the box and the then Amy McKean calls and said that I signed a contract which I don't even have a copy of it so she e mailed me a contract that supposedly I signed and the first time I saw it this guys are scammers don't believe everything they say

Horrible company and unethical business practices
I signed up with a salesman that came out to our lot. I told him I liked Mitchell better and he said the package he could sell me would be way better than anything I had before. He also said I could cancel or downgrade at anytime if it wasn't for me. 3 DAYS LATER I called to CANCEL! I would of called sooner but it was the weekend. I knew it was not better and didn't wont it at all. I called and told them and they gave me excuse after excuse saying management would have to look at it since it was a contract! Then they never would call me back. Javier keeps ignoring my calls but when I call another number they get in touch with him no problem! Stay away from this company they need business so bad they try to force you to keep there software! This place is a joke!

I am rejecting this response because:I do not own the business only work here.Why would I sign a year agreement.The owner is keeping me informed and when it happens I will be without a job.ALLDATA is using sales pitches with that were not discussed or totally understood.I asked for a recording of the sale they do not have one.I asked for Eddie Luke to speak could not find.A year agreement was not discussed a month to month was.Look at my time I have been logged on.I paid for months I did not use

The core of my complaint is in regards to poor customer service I am doing the right thing because I continue to payI was also told it would go to collections and be reported to my credit, if I don't payBut, you don't report when I pay on time Almost every company I have dealt with offers a way out This bill is huge to me
I am asking for you to understand I don't use the productI am continueing to pay due to the agreementMy conversation with the sales rep did not include a clear understanding of the agreementI should have read through the emails a little better prior to payingHowever, I would feel satisfied with your company if the contract were to be canceled That would be good customer serviceIt would be the right thing to doI will continue to pay but I feel like I am throwing money away

Again we have been experiencing serious connection issues with Alldata's Manage Online. This happens on a very regular basis, especially in the last year and a half. We run a small auto repair business and this really messes up our day because it's ONLINE.

You have to leave messages on the phone when you call, because they hardly ever answer. And when they do, they say they are "working on it". They never take responsibility for the issues. Today we were told that the connectivity issues were the fault of ALL the internet providers (he actually named AT&T and Timewarner). I replied with why is it that we have absolutely no connection issue with Timewarner... that's our service provider and we have no issues with the internet or any other online software... he said "I'm sorry".

I also mentioned that one of the screens blanked out and MAM Software page came up with all of our info and customers info on it. Our service writer screen shot it. Rep asked if it was still up so that he can log in. I told him no it went away. I also told him we googled ALLDATA and MAM SOFTWARE (see picture attached) to find they are connected and a launch was mentioned going back to 2013! He said nothing but I am sorry but that he knew nothing of that. I replied with a whole lot of others on the "broken" internet seem to know more than him about it. He said he was sorry again, I quickly said "So are we". He hung up.

why would they lie to their customers and look to shift the blame when their product doesn't work?

I am rejecting this response because: as I checked our bank records this morning I noticed that we were charge twice on the 11th not just once. We have received one refund so far. When I called, I was told that their system only showed we were charged once and so I emailed a screenshot of the account after reading it off to her. She was very friendly and apologized. Stated that she was going to refund us again and mark it as high priority. Very kind representatives, terrible business.

I am rejecting this response because: I called TODAY because I had received a call two days ago from a woman saying she would 'look into' why we hadn't been refunded yet. I never heard anything back from anyone. I called, was put on hold for a while, then was told that it was just now being processed. I was told that it was first 'credited' to our account(which we requested to be cancelled months ago) and that TODAY they are putting it through as a refund because that's what I requested. That's what the guy I spoke with said. Yes, I requested a refund on the 11th, again on the 17th, again on the 25th, and then again today on the 27th. I have had customer service try and sell me different products, I've had them promise to call back, I've had them say they would put a rush on our refund. From the 11th to the 27th now and still waiting. There is nothing about this business that I would recommend to anyone, as soon as we finally get our refund of funds that were taken months after cancellation, we will be filing papers with our bank to block any and all future charges. Just in case a 'computer error' happens again.

Further, the customer service person I spoke to ([redacted]) was extremely helpful and immediately offered to cancel our account with none of the ridiculous back-and-forth we experienced with the salesman.

[redacted]Alldata did contact me immedietely concerning this complaint.  They did provide me with info to receive a no cost subscription for one year, which is very much appreciated. They credited my account once for 9.95.The total they debited my account for was 96.55     minus the original purchase                    - 9.95      minus the one credit                               -9.95      Total credit still due             76.65 Your help is greatly appreciated!

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with our product. This complaint was handled offline. The account executive reached out to [redacted] via email and has agreed to cancel the subscription and adjust the balance.
