I have then clean my air ducts and vents on June 1/2015, the technicians explain me everything that was in my ducts, showing me photos of my A/C, I paid $for my air ducts, $for removed all bacteria in my ducts and system, for my perspective I can see changes on my air vents, oh! and I love the deodorizer, I will recommend the techs Ilan and david

October 11, 2016To Whom It May Concern:We have received a claim on behalf of Mr*** ***We spoke to him on 9/21/and set up an appointment for 9/22/2016, He had coupons ($89+ tx each, one for Air Duct cleaning and another one for Dryer vent cleaning), both of

I am rejecting this response because: of incorrect date on their responseImproper wordingPls correct dates and I need to know if linoleum in the four areas will be replaced or cleanedWhat about the warping under the ac unit? Is that going to be replaced? Ceiling fans are still dirtyAc unit making noiseI need to know exactly what is going to be done before I can accept.
We were never contacted on regards of coming back to clean the mess under linoleum or ceiling fansWe never received a phone call from them

I am rejecting this response because: I never told Allergy free air that the smell was coming from one ventI specifically told them it smells throughout the home when the AC or Heat start to runThe smell is dominate in one particular room (a guest room) because it gets less traffic then all other roomsThis company was professional until they failed to responded to my first complaint letter until I called to inquire over a month after being submitted, dismissed my request to have the system removed because I had my boyfriend, whom also lives at the home, there to handle the situation, and failed to show up for another schedule appointment with me on Wednesday, Jan29th at Noon to try and resolve the stated problem I would still like to have the UV light system removed as well as a refund

I am rejecting this response because: not all mold was removed, have pictures of old unit with all the mold still on the unit, was never informed that it would take more than one visit to get rid of mold, my son has asthma and had to take him to see his asthma Dr on 8/31/Since their technician never showed up, they must have thought it was ok to have small children sleep in the heat on a hot August nightNot acceptable, had to call an AC company to come out and check out the problem since Allergy Free Air didn't find it important enough to come out themselves to check out the problem.

Ms*** thank you for taking your time to tell us about your unfortunate experience, we understand your situation, we are not trying to avoid this matter but we had send to your home two different teams to check your UV light system plus smelled and my teams came back with the same information ("we can perceived any smelled")
We are very "confused" about your last responded "I never told Allergy free air that the smell was coming from one vent" , the last time the we went back to your house to check this matter on January 8/the technician ask the "boyfriend" to show us were was the smelled coming from and he did showed us one bedroom on the right side (my technician express) and eventually we checked the vent plus all the vents in the house to make sureWithout any luck we couldn't get the smelled that our customer Ms*** was perceiving
Allergy Free Air LLC, would like to go back to your house, and we prefer that Ms*** is present in our inspection and to show us where is the smell coming from
PS: (In our scheduled we don't have any records of appointment on January 29th /2014)

I am rejecting this response because:Again, I strongly feel that this company's...

representatives used scare tactics on me as a single woman.
I've attempted 5 times to talk with the owner over the phone - they are based in San Antonio and I've left messages to have a return call from the owner, but no result.
At this time, I will be pursing disputing these over-charges with my financial institutions and contacting Valpak to let them know this company is in my opinion, taking advantage of people.

This was the most unprofessional company I have ever used. They did a poor job, left cracks all over my Sheetrock, over charged for products, employees even asked for a tip. I have contacted them several times and they don't call back. When I finally got a phone call for them to look at the damages, they cancelled once and didn't show up the second time. I waited an hour, called and the lady that answered said she would call me back in 5 minutes, never returned my call. When I called back it went to voice mail at 4:30 but the office hours are until 6:00. I plan to file a lawsuit.

Allergy Free Air, LLC will not refund [redacted] any money, as the services that were performed could not have caused the leaks in her air conditioner coil.  
When the evaporator coil was cleaned, only the aluminum leaf was cleaned. We did not touch nor have access to the copper pipe where the Freon is located. Therefore, the services that were performed could not have caused the leaks in her air conditioner coil, and we will not be able to provide her with a refund.

I am rejecting this response because:It did not address my complaint of false advertising.  I would not have used your service if I thought it would not thoroughly clean my ducts as shown in your flyer.  Removing "fine dust" was not what I signed up for.

I am rejecting this response because: 
 
1. The last time the technician (who I was told was the owner) claimed the smell was due to candle smoke, a dirty filter, and/or chemicals we've used in the home. Clearly, he also smelled an odd smell and was making excuses for it. All claims are invalid because no candles or chemicals have been used in the room and the filter was new.
2. I'm frustrated because Allergy Free Air accepted my boyfriends signature to install the UV system and sign for the payment (of which was made using my card) during the first visit but now will not deal with him or his requests when I'm unable to make appointments. 
3. At this point Allergy Free Air should not tell me what I do or do not want in my home. I've repeatedly requested the removal of the system and it will not happen. I would like a refund just so I can afford to hire another company to take care of the problem at hand.
4. It's disappointing to hear that my last schedule appointment was not in the system because I was specifically told to call the owner and make an appointment. When I did, he told me to text him with my address. I did that and added the date and time we have decided on. I have saved that message and attached it to my response along with the call log history from that day. I understand this appointment may not be official but as a customer I expect to get quality service when dealing directly with the owner.
 
Please understand my frustrations and help me resolve this situation.

First and formost I would like to apologyze to the [redacted] family.  Mrs. [redacted] called Allergy Free Air, on Friday 4-21-17 I say about 10 times, I explained to her that I would find out what the technician did on that day and she said that was fine, but she didn't give me a chance to...

talk to the technician he was out on jobs and sometimes we can not reach them because they are in the attic or somewhere where there is no reception, but she kept calling and calling.  I returned her call when I talked to the technician.  The technician said he talked to the husband and he ok the job, the tech told him to come up to the attic and Mr. [redacted] said "No I trust you, just do the job you're the expert"  The tech told them that he was going to clean and spray some deodorizer and they told him that was fine.  The tech told them he was going to close the baby's room vent and they said that was fine.  Mr. [redacted] called like 7 times on Saturday and I spoke with him and told him I would talk to the tech because Mr. [redacted] wanted before and after pictures.  But I when I came in on Monday and the first thing I see is the Revdex.com email.  They signed the contract saying that everything was good to their satistaction.  I belive the tech did everything Mr. [redacted] approved and more, he deodorize the home for free.  We are very sorry that now they think we didn't do the job that maybe they are having second thoughts about the money, but I know our tech is very good at what he does and if he said he did what he did, I am 100% sure he did do the job he said he did.  Again we are very sorry in regards to this matter! Thank you,Allergy Free Air, LLC

Also attached is the description of what we use to sanitize , is called [redacted]Please let us know if further assistance is needed.We did Air Duct cleaning on 8/28/16, and we told customer they will have the A/C back running 24 hrs. later, we were notified until noon on 9/2/16 that they did not have A/C, attached is a copy of the incoming/outgoing calls to and from customer. At no point Mrs. [redacted] mentioned her child got sick, this is something She never mentioned in the first place, please find attached the report of all calls from and to customer, when we only learned the A/C was not working. Our technician whom for personal decision didn't not attend to the call has been put on an undefined leave. We are willing to work on payment since another company was involved. However, the [redacted] was applied and a service was done on 8/28/16. We gave a warranty against Mold for 5 years, in many cases more than one visit is suggested, we are willing to re-visit the situation. If the A/C unit had been replaced, then other than the original problem had been there.
