I had to cancel my program base on the fact of my hardship situation, I entered the debt consolidation program and actually did make my first payment as requested, for the amount of $969.54 on December 30,2019. Based that my financial programs actually increased I spoke to my lawyer and had no choice then to file for Bankruptcy Chapter 7. My lawyer advised me to cancel the program and request the refund, which I did, I called and spoke to a few agents, and they cancel my subscription to the program and even advised I will be refunded. A few days later passed on today 01/16/2020 I explained myself over 10 times, my mistake I provided the wrong account number for the refund, A CSA called Daisy was not helpful at all, if leadership reads it please QA that call, I explained to her the problem that the money was sent to the wrong account, her response was you need to resolve it, go to the bank, and tell them that. I was completely amused with her response and lack of acknowledge. I requested to speak to her lead, and she indicated no leads are available in that department. After that she puts me on a long hold till call drops, after that I spoke to another agent and that agent advised me as well to reach out to Chase Bank, these agents gave me trace number and account where funds were deposited in. I called Chase back and their response was that Alleviate has to request to cancellation and funds will be sent back to Alleviate. I called back to Alleviate and no resolution what so ever, no one could provide a response, all what they said someone will call you.

I don’t really know where to start. Andrew *** helped helped us through this really rough time we are having. He took the time to explain things and making sure we understood everything. He answered all questions and making sure what was best. I have never had anyone take time and had the patience as he did. Thanks to him I feel like we can breathe again. I am afraid of not getting the loan like I was told. I was told that I’m approved for the fresh start loan after six months of payments. But then when I got a call for the welcome packet I was told I have to qualify for the loan. It seems to me that this is a recurring issue and I agree with Lori L., she was told the same thing I was. When I called the person that signed me up with the program he assured me that I would get the loan as long as I followed the simple rules, this is what he sent to me to make me feel at ease.
You must be enrolled in Alleviates Debt Settlement.
You must make 6 months consecutive on time payments to your FDIC trust account to be eligible for the loan through Lending USA's FSL Program
The Accounts you're enrolling will be closed.
You cannot accrue any additional debt for the first (6) months
You can't miss any payments outside the creditors we are working on like a mortgage and car loan
I really hope this is correct. I also wanted to add that I just called the company and asked about the new debt rule, because my car was hit and may be totaled and I would have to buy another car and creating a new debt. I was told this should not disqualify me for the Fresh Start Loan as long as I make my payments on the new loan on time and never miss one. We will see what happens.

The service was the quickest, easiest and most professionally handled, I have ever experienced.
This is a company I would recommend to everyone.

Alleviate has beyond met my expectations! Before I was approved I was living paycheck to paycheck with a halfway decent credit score and no light at the end of the tunnel. So far not a great experience!
I spoke with Jason Mercado in May. Jason explained the process to me and said that in 6 month, if no payments were missed or late, I would be approved for a loan to pay my debit in full and make a monthly payment to Alleviate - nothing was said about qualifying for this loan, it was based on my commitment in making my 6 months of payments on time etc.
I have made my payments, never late and never less than the amount promised and NOW I am told I need to qualify for a loan. My credit obviously is not the best, which is why I was working to reduce my debit. In addition, not one payment has been made toward my debit and my credit is even worse now than before. I knew it would take a hit but this is ridiculous.
I have reached out to Jason twice by email, I have also asked for Jason to call me when the reps call to review the account monthly, but no response. I was working with another company at the time of the call from Jason, I was pleased with, but Jason promised in 6 months my debit would be paid in full to the creditors through a consolidation loan, which is what I was looking for.
I know I am reasonable for my actions, I got myself into this mess and was hoping I could trust someone to help me get out of it. I have made my payments, working very hard to ensure all payments are made for what!

No miscommunication, I was told by *** that after 6 months, my debt would be paid in full and I would make payments to you after that, not a third party lender. The ONLY criteria was to make all 6 payments on time which I have done.
I will be reviewed next month to see if I qualify, if I do not, which I assume I won't, I will decide at that time how to move forward.
It seems if this is a selling point for your program, there would be other complaints as well, so a possible Class Action lawsuit? Not a threat, just tired of the lies to sell a program when all I want to do is take care of my debt/responsibilities but that is not the case and in addition, nothing has been paid towards any of my debt.
Very frustrating as I am sure you would agree if you were on my end.

I start working with alleviate financial last year and I was kind of skeptical about this companies until I spoke to one of the kind and pleasant customer service personal that they have and she explained everything to me and I believe on them and just like they told me, everything when smooth and honest, they call me for every single little thing and what I like the most is that they keep me posted every time they did an agreement with one of mi creditors they also didn't move a finger with out my authorization, now i'm in the last stage of getting out of debts, hopping to be debt free in the next 2 years, thank you very much for all that you guys have done to me it feels really good seeing your credit score going up every time. thank you one more time.
