So far so good. Started working with Alleviate Financial 4 months ago and already has settled one of my accounts.
I contacted Tri Point Lending and debt services, I was transferred over to Alleviate Financial Solutions, I spoke with Greg W, I explained that I was already with a Debt relief company, Greg told me that if I signed up with Alleviate Financial Solutions I could get a loan after 4 or 5 months and I could start rebuilding my credit, I even had to borrow money as they debited my account while National was still taking out the payments, I was told by Greg I needed to sign up right away and they could hold their payment off ( which they didn't) When I was with National Credit I had to pay an 18% fee on accounts they settled, at Alleviate Financial Solutions they were charging 21% but I was assured that I could get this loan and the finance charges would be at 21% but while paying on the loan I could be rebuilding my credit. Well after 6 months of making my payments I applied for the loan, I'm told it will be at least 24 months before I could get the loan I was assured of, They are just playing a game to sign you up with any lie they can come up with.

You also verbally confirmed this date with our Quality Assurance department on the day of your enrollment.As for the purchase of $28,000, we have checked our records and do not have a transaction of that amount on file for the name that you provided. Can you please provide us with proof of the amount that you would like to dispute?

I had started working with National Debt Relief and went on a site that offered loans for people with bad credit, They in turn sent me over to Alleviate Financial Solutions, this guy Greg was telling me how much better they were than National even though National was only charging 18% fee compared to Alleviate which charges 21% but he said after make 4 or 5 months payments I could get a loan to cover all of the debts and start working on rebuilding my credit, at this time Greg knew my income, knew my debts and said it wouldn't be a problem. Well 6 months of payments I go to apply for the loan and am told it's going to be at least 24 months before I could "maybe" could get a loan, well calling in solved nothing except getting transferred 3 or 4 times and no one could tell me anything except "if you make larger payments maybe you can get a loan" if I could make larger payments I'd be taking care of these creditors on my own. Just a shell game trying to hook you and then your worse off than if you had stayed with my first choice.

Well I'm sorry my loan wasn't approved for the correct amount but when I went with your company I was assured that I could get the loan for the amount to cover all of the debt, 4 or 5 months was what was quoted to me, not years, That's what I'm having a problem with

I cannot thank Alleviate enough for helping us to settle debt. I was fortunate to find such an organization to solve such a horrible condition after I had all my personal financial accounts unlawfully used to there credit limits. Individuals posing as representing my winning a prize that would continue every month so I could pay off any debt, my bank accepted their check, it bounced. Alleviate took away my nightmares for I am now retired on limited income, by working on my behalf fixing this.
