Overall Allgeire Air is a very good and professional Company

So I chose the to 11am option for when the employee would come to inspect/resolve our geothermal system I got a call at that the man is on his way and would be here in to minutes One hour and minutes later he arrived! I had a 11:appt which I ended up having to miss as a result I spent a fair amount of time with him while he worked and the whole time I was there he was wiping the system down with rags that be had I saw him doing nothing else so I left A short while later he comes to tell me that some gauge showed slight pressure weakening and it would cost me over 100$ to repair it I chose not to have anything done as I did not have confidence in the man’s ability to discern possible problems or actually fix them At the last inspection the employee found a major component faulty and repaired it costing me a lot of money He saw no other problems Next time I will ask to not have the same man who came this time to come back again
