Great company I have used for years

This company is a joke and should not receive an A+ ratingThey have installers that do not know how to do the jobTheir installers fried the board on the first unit they tried to installdays later they send a new unit and the same installers! The technician came with them and told them how to do the jobIt was still done incorrectly as it froze to a solid block of ice three weeks laterFour days later and visits from the owner and it still wasn't runningNo one knew how to fix it and no one offered us window units (it was degrees in my house)It was a horrific experienceWe asked gem to remove their product and refund our moneyTheir products are overpriced, they hire inadequate workers, and they are not knowledgeable of the systems they sellDo not waste you time or money on this company

Prompt service, professional techniciansWe bought a home last yearThe previous owners had a service agreement with Allgeier AirThe year old furnace has been serviced by Allgeier twice a year and is in good working orderWe continued the biannual service agreement and are pleased with the service to date

Allgeier Air came out to fix my air conditioner todayThey sent their service pro RonnyIn a very short time he had it up and runningHe checked the system, found a bad capacitor and replaced itAfter getting it running he did a system check of pressures and temperatures, all were in the rangeHe is a very knowledgeable and personable service pro that was able to answer all of my questionsNow we have a cool house again

I’d like to give a WOW card to Allgeier Air!! I was a “service member” years ago, was very pleased back then, then let it go
Yesterday, called for a furnace check Kevin, very young looking btwI really wondered if he could have enough experience......!! Well he was excellent in assessing this older furnace!!!! He stated they were built well, and made recommendation to replace the old capacitor, which in turn would improve the longevity of the furnace! Did not try to sell a brand new system, which I appreciated!!
This came with the knowledge and expertise to explain AND show the actual number, compared to optimum range, plus further information on the unit!!!!
Therefore, I decided to become a “service member” again with furnace and a/c checks once a year each, one diagnostic visit, and 20% off any parts, etc all included in a small monthly fee!!!! This is definitely a great deal, I believe ??
Cannot fail to mention the lovely ladies in the office!! They were so helpful, kind and professional!!!
This visit has afforded confidence, by this young man being forthcoming, honest, professional......and sent me back to this great, in the past, and great in the now, ALLGEIER company!!! Ty BD

We are very sorry for the confusion that was created in this transaction.  We were in no way attempting to do anything but what was in the best interest of the customer.  The fact that the customer resides out of town, and his tenant ultimately unknown to us or the owner contracted to have...

a short term solution repair performed.  The system in question still has a refrigerant leak, and other problems that should be addressed.With that said we agree to refund the customer the $264.00 he is disputing.  We hope to be able to clarify what is still wrong with his system when it fails to operate in the near future. Sincerely [redacted]
