this was my first experience with Allgeier AirI found them to be exceptionally thorough & felt the technician went beyond the call of duty in replacing some old duct tape with new silver tapeI would use Allgeier Air again & would recommend them to others

The Allgeier Team was very professional and courteous from start to finishThey were very quick to make a service call and answered all of my questions about the problems with my furnace
Unfortunately, this meant that I had to replace the furnace but they went over all of the options with me and were able to give me choices on how best to proceed
The service team installed the furnace seamlessly and cleaned up EVERYTHING before they leftThey also answered any questions that I had and explained everything they were doing along the wayThe new unit is working great and is a big improvement over the old one
I was able to use their finance plan so that it made replacing the furnace a little easier too

After purchasing my home, I continued using Allgeier Air under a semi-annual maintenance contract as suggested to me by the prior owner The geo-thermal unit Allgeier Air installed when the house was being built still works very well, and their service team does a great job with the semiannual inspections and preventative maintenance work to keep it running efficiently I cannot say enough good things about the Allgeier service team I have been genuinely impressed with their efforts Thanks for the great service guys Keep up the good work and stay true to your word as you have to date

I called on 4/19/about two air-conditioning units that were not working at my property (*** *** *** *** ** ***)Their technician *** (cell number ***) arrived promptly on April 21stHe initially said the fan motor on the upstairs was not working and that the downstairs unit was leaking the refrigerant and that it would cost me about $to fill it up with FreonHe mentioned he will not get a replacement fan motor until the 25thThen, he said he thought the downstairs unit would have to be replacedInitially, he said the cost would be $3,000, but that we would have to have someone design the appropriate unit for our system
He then went to talk to the tenants and told them that the unit needed Freon and wouldn’t work well even after thatI called *** and when I asked him why the downstairs unit had to be replaced, he said that the air filter had not been replaced for monthsWhen I informed him that I have a maintenance agreement with Allgeie

Allgeier installed my geo thermal system years ago They stood behind the year warranty, replacing major components without charge with manufacturer improved parts This system was quite expensive so hopefully the manufacturer, Water Furnace, has now resolved their problems since we have not had any major failures the last years Allgeier continues to service and I especially appreciate the care and honesty of serviceman Ronny

My furnace went out during the January cold snapThe internal house temperature had gotten down to degrees while the outside temperature was at to - We were very afraid of pipes bursting due to the lack of heatSo, I called Allgeier Air, and they managed to move some other appointments around to come for a visit The first visit resulted in diagnosing and replacing a defective capacitorThe technician could have told me to replace the entire unit, and I would have probably done it because we were desperate So, I appreciate the Tech not trying to oversell me The furnace still had problems after the repair, and we decided to replace the motor Normally, when the motor is replaced, the capacitor is replaced as well, so we were not overcharged They got the motor the next day (My Trane unit is years old, so I know parts may not be available), and put it in Very pleased that they were able to be so customer friendly because we were in troubleOur technician, Ronnie, is really outstanding I am now a customer for life

I have been on the service plan for a number of years They are always prompt and do a thorough inspection and maintenance I always learn something new when I watch the service person working I purchased a new heating & cooling system months ago and have been very happy with the system since I have seen a reduction in my energy usage I would highly recommend this company
