From the initial call to ALLGOOD PLUMBING, to the departure of Mark, the experience was first class -- the best we have had with a plumbing service in over years The receptionist was helpful, professional and efficient Mark (the Plumber) arrived precisely at the time of the agreed upon appointment He surveyed the project; went to work; fixed the project; and deeply respected the property All of this was accomplished with VERY reasonable rates Highly recommend ALLGOOD Plumbing!

Jack V addressed our electrical issues and installed lights in a very professional manner Explained options and services offered and was not pushy like many service reps with other cos

Had leaking tub drainHated to have to pay someone but knew people would be easier, one above and one working belowBrent was great to work withIf I had a complaint, it would that I told them up front what the problem was and still had to go get partsNeed to keep better inventory of parts, glue, tape, etcon truck

When I called Allgood, a live person answered the phone She was very courteous and scheduled a plumber to come out the next day to repair our leaky tub faucet A part had to be ordered, but the repair was done soon after No more leaky faucet!

He was so friendly and professional and the work he did was exceptional I made sure to ask what other services Allgood provides before he left, because the next time we need something that they provide, we won't even have to think about which company to call! Couldn't be more pleased!

Excellent customer service with the office late on a Friday night when our water heater bit the dustService rep [redacted] came out even later! He checked everything out, made recommendations, we talked it over, and he came back on Sunday morning to get it all installedIt was a tough job in tight spot, but he had it wrapped up by the eveningGreat guy! Allgood truly means it when they say 24xThis was our second experience with AllgoodThe first one was excellent as well

During a previous service with Allgood, we had a very positive experience with our technicianHe was helpful, polite, and knowledgeableSo, when we had another plumbing need, we called again We were informed very clearly of the fee charged for the technician visitingMy husband - who was home at the time of the service - was also clearly informed of the price of the repair - $(though not in writing)Soon after work began, the technician informed my husband that the cement surrounding the work area would need to be broken upThere was no disclosure of additional fees communicated When the service was complete, the technician informed my husband of the priceHe was shocked to see an additional $more for the cement break upTo be fair, the technician did call his manager to discuss the complication; the manager agreed to lower the fee for that portion to $I suppose, if anything, we should be thankful for this consideration Once that was settled, my husband paid the technician and signed the invoice, which bound us in writing that the service fees were quoted before the work was performed; for us, this was partially true and partially false I acknowledge that my husband's signing this releases the company from any faultHowever, we were disappointed with the neglect of communicating more clearly such a large additional amount for work that was being performedHad we known, we would have - at a minimum - obtained a second quote from a competitor before agreeing to have Allgood complete work that day

My experience with Allgood was very positiveI was able to schedule an appointment in one day, the technician arrived early in the appointment window and he was very competent and professional in performing the service requiredI give high marks to Brian for his professionalism and to the Allgood office for their efficiency

Doug P did a great job fixing the multiple problems with my plumbing Allgood Plumbing did a great job getting Doug P to my house shortly after I contacted them

Lex was the electrician who fixed my electrical problems. He and his partner did an outstanding job. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend!
