We had a very positive experience with the service of 11/19/Lex R [redacted] advised us that our current elecpanel was out dated and dangerous (years old) While he was originally scheduled for a minor job of installing a vent fan, he was able to adjust his service call to include removing the old panel and installing the new oneA job lasting almost hoursLex accomplished the job in a very cheerful and professional mannerWe couldn't be happier with the job he did

When making appt, I specifically stated that we needed someone to check the wiring in our security system We were told there was probably a damaged wire and all we wanted was to have it replaced before Comcast could install any additional equipment to our current system They said they could do that But when tech came, he did look the system over but stated that they did not service any thing low voltage and did not even have low voltage wiring in his company vehicle We were still required to pay the $for the trip to the house Wish they would have told me they couldn't do any low voltage work We would have saved $ The tech was great; it was not his problem and we would highly recommend him

Upon reviewing the positive ratings on Revdex.com, we decided to hire Allgood services for our HVAC ductwork modificationHowever, the company did a horrible job with our work and never sent a final bill for paymentBill was expected to be around $per conversation with one of their own employees, only to find out through COLLECTIONS that bill was whopping $I contacted Allgood for the final invoice but they're unwilling to provide that with a reason being "we don't have time to put a complete bill together." How can someone justify charging and going through collections without any bill? I asked for a labor and materials to be identified, but they did not want to provide that eitherThen I requested for a before & after photos of the work they did, but obviously they did not do that as wellOur experience with Allgood has been AllBADThe customer service lady just hung up on me when I requested the detailed billVery unprofessionalThey also said that "we're charging you for our knowledge and you wouldn't understand that since you don't have enough technical knowledge" when none of that was included in the initial quoteThese guys are unethical and would advice to not do any business with themThey are taking advantage of the elderly and ruining people's creditBottom line, Allgood does not bill for what they didThey bill for highest amount they think they can get out of the customerStay away

We've had Rich P from Allgood come out to our house a few times to look at some electrical issues I learned so much about my house while he was inspecting/repairing Very knowledgeable and helpful; I will always choose Allgood for electrical issues and will ask for Rich P!

Terry H with Allgood Plumbing and Electric did an amazing job locating the source of our plumbing issues and correcting them He was able to schedule and coordinate all the necessary contractors to come to our house so the additional work needed could be completed the very next day He was very professional and did an excellent job!

Allgood charged me $to fix a 1" copper tee that was easily accessible I think that is too muchThe Technician was courteous, and it looks like the service was done properly I believe the price was too high; I am not sure if I will use Allgood againBelow is my receipt for the services from Allgood plumbing: "Repair 1/2" or 3/4" Copper Line exposed up to 1' no warranty on well system with copper $327.50." I had originally asked for [redacted] to be used, and the Tech said the price would be "significantly more." I would suggest that you watch out for Allgood's pricing strategy

This is the first time we have used Allgood's Plumbing Services although we have used their electrical service before. In all cases the work has been great. The personal is knowledgeable and pleasant. The way the service allows you to call the service provider directly to schedule and appointment is unusual but very helpful because it allows you as a customer to feel you are working with someone who knows your specific home and its needs. Both Brian and Tommie were the best combination of personal and professional. As del the rates are very well explained in advance and very reasonable. I would recommend them without reservation at any time.

Jake from Allgood Plumbing, Electric, Heating, & Cooling, Inc was knowledgeable about replacing the indoor heating/cooling unit in my condo. The HVAC unit is quite old, rusty with continous condensation forming water inside the unit.Jake was able to thoughtfully assessed the problem and give me several replacement options. He was concerned, friendly, and forthcoming. I'm glad I called Allgood. I was very pleased with the free assessment.
